I've been going there for several years and I've always been happy, top quality, average waiting times are fair and the staff are courteous. I can't wait for the new place to open in Boccea since I'm from that area 😍. Keep it up 😎

20/06/2025: We had been wanting to try the pizza from "il secchio e l'olivaro" for a long time and it was a pleasant surprise of goodness and quality. The pizza dough was thick but light with a crunchy bottom. We had the amazing fried food, the staff had the chicken ingot cacciatore, an explosion of exceptional flavors. We also tried a couple of excellent bruschettas. Quiet relaxing environment also due to the fact that the staff, kind and helpful, knows their stuff. A pleasant evening I can only recommend.

19/06/2025: Restaurant with certified gluten-free and lactose-free options. They have separate kitchens, one for preparing gluten-containing foods and the other for gluten-free. The pizzas are wonderful and the prices are affordable. I recommend it.

12/06/2025: We had dinner at Mr. Clood in Trastevere for our 3rd wedding anniversary, and it was nothing short of perfect. The entire experience—from the food to the service—was top tier. We started with two standout carpaccios: a sea bass with fig jam that was to die for and a shrimp carpaccio that was fresh and flavorful. I’m convinced they could serve sea bass a hundred different ways here and every version would be incredible. For my main, I had the whole sea bass with apples—unexpected and absolutely heavenly. Every bite was delicate, thoughtful, and bursting with flavor. To top it all off, my husband accidentally left his phone behind, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful in making sure we got it back. Kind, attentive, and genuinely lovely people. Mr. Clood is a true gem in the heart of Trastevere. If you’re visiting Rome, don’t miss this place. It’s warm, inventive, and unforgettable.

12/06/2025: Highly recommend. Perfect anniversary dinner with more complex food options, which we love. Had a sea bass carpaccio with fig that was to die for. Every dish was perfect. Can’t say enough positive about this place.

03/07/2025: The terrace is undoubtedly the highlight of the place, spacious and pleasant for an outdoor meal. On the other hand, the food was simply okay. The dishes are adequate, but nothing special for a restaurant. A large part of the menu had been replaced without an official update, forcing the staff to verbally announce the numerous changes, which made ordering confusing and cumbersome. The server was very friendly and attentive, but the absence of a sommelier quickly became noticeable, especially given the wide selection of wines on offer. Finally, the spritz we were served lacked bubbles, as if the prosecco had been open for a while. The prices are reasonable, but the overall experience still fell short of our expectations.

29/06/2025: Not a place for tourists but for Romans, managed by a capable, kind and welcoming owner. Fair prices for eating on any occasion. I felt at ease and in a capable restaurant like once upon a time.

05/07/2025: We spent a pleasant evening. Staff attentive to customer needs, courteous and very professional. We dined on the terrace/garden finding a very pleasant environment. They have a cellar with the possibility of personally choosing the bottle of wine and bringing it to the table. As appetizers we chose "La valigia dei sapori" with a selection of cold cuts and cheeses, meatballs, eggplant parmigiana, potato cake and 4 bruschetta seasoned 2 with lamb ragù and the other two with porcini mushrooms and truffle, "Tartariamoci" a trio of raw fish tartare. As a first course "Fettuccine with wild boar ragù with fresh fennel and raspberry reduction. As second courses "Rib steak", "Duck breast" and "Fried seafood". All courses excellent and abundant. High quality raw materials. Excellent desserts too: "Pistachio cheesecake", "Mango and ginger cheesecake", Yogurt mousse. The bitters at the end of the dinner were kindly offered to us. The final price absolutely in line with the quality, quantity and service. In conclusion, a culinary experience to be repeated for sure!!! Well done everyone!!

06/07/2025: Guys A place with the best!! I've been around a lot but the quality and choice available here are VERY DIFFICULT to find!!! I shared a Nebraska (Angus) simply divine, cooked perfectly like butter!! Excellent wine and special beef burgers!! I invite you to come here, exceptional quality/price!!! When the owner comes to the table and recommends the Cut, makes you choose the piece and finally offers you bitters and sorbet I'd say you've hit the jackpot!!! We'll be back often!!!

03/07/2025: Nothing to say.. Everything top.. From the location to the food and the truly competent and kind staff.. I tried the aged meat, the Burger, the mixed roast and finally the birramisu, Everything fantastic.... Beautiful experience to repeat

03/07/2025: The gym has good equipment and the staff is friendly, but charging €50 for a standard workout is completely unjustified. For all the tourists who only wanted to come for a day, find something cheaper.
