We were very satisfied with the dinner, both for the environment and obviously for the cuisine.
Really very good starters, in addition to the meatballs (in the photo) we also had the trio of polenta and the aubergine pie, one better than the other.
Truffled carbonara good but perhaps a little too seasoned for my tastes, I preferred the classic carbonara.
Still recommended.

The Tasciotto inn located in the historic center of Valmontone, you can eat well, excellent first courses, cannelloni with Chianina meat, calamari and pistachio packets, the tasciotto appetizer is fabulous, curry rice with vegetables, fresh fried battered vegetables, the wine very good, don't forget the desserts, I recommend the deconstructed tiramisu, fair prices, go for it, well done Michele.

Fabulous place...super friendly and knowledgeable staff...you eat divinely at reasonable prices...delicious appetizers...we took traditional dishes truly prepared with skill... recommended at 5 ⭐

Very pleasant experience in this inn, tasty and excellently presented food. Friendly and helpful staff. Too bad it's so far away, but one day I hope to return!

Locale tipico arredato in modo davvero carino, facilità di parcheggio, anche se si tratta di un paesino arroccato.

Una fantastica scoperta, come al solito grazie a Tripadvisor ci ha fatto scoprire un ristorante davvero interessante in pieno centro storico a Valmontone.
Locale piccolo ma ben distribuito, personale accogliente e preparato.
Ottima gli antipasti, un applauso alla carbonara al tartufo.
Posto consigliato.
