Recommended by friends, Locanda del Tasciotto is a great place to spend a lovely evening with friends and family. The staff is attentive and friendly. The carbonara with truffles and the tonnarelli cacio e pepe with lime shrimp (traditional with a different and tasty twist) are excellent.

A fantastic homecoming....my wife, my boyfriend, and I stopped here on our way back from summer vacation, exiting the Valmontone highway, and never have positive reviews been so prophetic. Tired but happy to conclude our last dinner of the holiday with two splendid carbonaras and a fantastic cacio e pepe....needless to say, we'll be back to savor the many dishes we saw unfold before our eyes. Courtesy and friendliness first and foremost, exceptional cuisine, a very characteristic place and reasonable prices considering it's located in the historic center. I've been there for lunch and I've also returned for dinner, in short we had a great time.

A truly fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with courtesy and professionalism. The appetizers were excellent, prepared with quality ingredients and rich in flavor.
The real masterpiece, however, were the first courses: the Cacio e Pepe was simply perfect, creamy, balanced, and authentic, while the Carbonara was divine, one of the best I've ever had. You can sense the care taken in selecting the ingredients and preparing the dishes.
A place that masterfully showcases Roman tradition. I will definitely return and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well and enjoy a high-quality gastronomic experience. Kudos to the entire staff! ⭐👏
