19/10/2025: Every restaurant has its own approach. If you want a menu where, for example, you charge €2.50 for a coffee or a bottle of tap water, that's fine. Or expensive entrees, that's fine. But then the service and the location must be top-notch. Instead, the tables are packed and there's no room for anyone to pass, with those at the next table sitting with you. The server is clearly struggling. As for the entrees, the bill... everything is so difficult.

02/11/2025: Given its high Google rating, we wanted to try the croissant and coffee. The croissant wasn't crispy or fresh. There were barely any fillings. The coffee was average, and you had to wait a long time. The staff was also very negative and rude. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend it.

16/12/2025: We went there for dinner. One of our family members has celiac disease. The waiter immediately changed her placemat to a different color to avoid any confusion. The food, whether gluten-free or not, was excellent. The gluten-free pizza was even the best we had in Rome. The waiters were very funny and kept us entertained with their jokes without being intrusive. If we're ever in Rome again, we'll definitely come back.

30/08/2025: I've been going to this pastry shop for years, my father and grandfather came before me... so the quality of the product is unquestionable. They even helped me with a cake problem I caused... Perfect!

14/12/2025: I stopped by by chance while walking around Rome. I was initially thinking of something else, but the lady recommended the Capricciosa pizza. I trusted her, ordered it, and I didn't regret it 😉 It was the first time I'd ever seen a boiled egg on a pizza, and it went quite well with the dark olives, ham, and mushrooms, but the biggest winner was the tomato sauce—delicious! I recommend trying it 😉

01/12/2025: We tried the tasting appetizer platter. It was good, but we would have liked to try more varied dishes; many of the options were typical appetizers like mussels or seafood salad. It was a sufficient amount to eat without needing to order more courses.

19/10/2025: The owner Luca is kind and welcoming, the professional staff is always attentive to the management of the table, the food is exceptional, the quality/price ratio is excellent, and the wines are not to be outdone.

02/12/2025: Outside, on Via Bergamo, the line is already a declaration of love: patient people, customers constantly pouring out laden with bags, the door that never closes in time... Inside, "I Molisani" is a small treasure chest crammed with baking trays, steam, voices, and aromas that smell more like home than a "trendy" place. I went there to buy vegetables, but I admit that the fried foods are a spectacle, and all that goodness staring at you from the window puts any diet plan on hold. The vegetables I bought aren't just a leaf to clear your conscience. The puntarelle, seasoned to perfection, with garlic that doesn't ask for permission but takes center stage, are excellent, and the chicory, bitter and just the right amount, reminds you that Roman cuisine can be both rough and tender in the same forkful. The lasagna deserves a chapter all its own, with generous portions, well-defined layers, a flavorful sauce, and, above all, none of the minimalism of nouvelle cuisine. Here, the "teglia" (a dish of bread) is an institution, and you can see why it's one of the most popular dishes: it's the classic thing you grab "to share" and then end up holding on to. The beauty of "I Molisani" is that it doesn't make a fuss, it's about substance. It's a real diner, with the pace, rhythm, and humanity of a place where you come to eat well, spend a fair amount, and feel, for a moment, part of a neighborhood. The line outside the little shop isn't a nuisance: it's the prelude to lunch, a sign that something truly good is happening there. And every time I leave here, I tell myself that certain Roman institutions should be protected by law.

16/11/2025: A very nice and good spot behind the Pantheon. What's great is being able to eat well at reasonable prices in such a touristy area as the Pantheon district. The interior is very pretty and has a pleasant atmosphere. The service is friendly, the pasta is good, and it's such a treat to have unlimited cheese to sprinkle over your pasta all'amatriciana.
