17/03/2026: Argot is exactly what it's supposed to be: an authentic, uncompromising speakeasy. The experience begins even before entering, with that sense of discovery that's an integral part of the concept. Once inside, you find yourself in an extremely refined, hidden, almost secretive environment. Soft lighting, thoughtful details, and a cozy atmosphere: everything contributes to creating the intimate, slightly clandestine atmosphere you'd expect from a true speakeasy. The venue manages to maintain a strong identity without falling into excessive theatricality. It's elegant, but not forced. Evocative, but believable. The cocktail menu is of a good standard, fittingly fitting, and well-executed. The only small drawback is a slightly limited selection, which might leave those seeking great variety longing for a few more options. Nothing that detracts from the experience, but there's room for improvement.

02/12/2025: I'll be back! As soon as I get back to Rome, I have to try all the dishes I missed on Saturday. Delicious cacio e pepe, spectacular vegetables, unbeatable desserts, and for those coming from Pavia, that wholesome, warm Roman atmosphere that stays with you even afterward!!!

02/03/2026: We visited Brikke last Sunday and had the pleasure of being looked after by Raffaella, who served our table with great professionalism and attention. From the very first moment, she proved extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, always ready to offer advice with patience and expertise, never lacking in courtesy and kindness. One of our friends is pregnant, and Raffaella paid special attention to her, carefully addressing her dietary needs and caring when she wasn't feeling well. This gesture was truly appreciated and demonstrates great sensitivity as well as professionalism. Furthermore, she managed to accommodate even my friend who doesn't eat vegetables with a smile, finding a solution without making her feel uncomfortable. She was extremely attentive to all of our needs, making us feel listened to and welcomed throughout the aperitif. It was clear that she loves her job and cares deeply about her customers. Raffaella is undoubtedly a real asset to the business: people like her really make a difference and make a simple aperitif with friends even more enjoyable and special. We'll be back soon ☺️

15/02/2026: The perfect place. For what? For everything! The place is very cute and spacious, the girls who work there are beautiful, welcoming, and friendly, and the food is delicious, from the croissants for breakfast to the dishes prepared for lunch. The pizza and fried foods are exquisite. If you haven't tried it yet, I recommend you go and you'll agree with me.

02/04/2026: My favorite place to eat in the city center, strategically located away from the tourist bustle of Rome. The staff is always incredibly friendly, especially Alfonso, who welcomed us with such kindness and warmth. It's always a pleasure to return!

10/01/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant in Rome with my family, intrigued by the name Saltimbocca because I really wanted to try one... and I have to say, it didn't disappoint 😄 The first thing that struck us was the staff's incredible kindness, especially towards our son: for me, it was a great calling card. We had a truly delicious and fragrant pinsa margherita. The cacio e pepe was fantastic, so much so that I even mopped up the bread with it! The saltimbocca was simply the best. The restaurant also has some outdoor seating. Inside, it's quite spacious, although perhaps there are a few too many tables, which slightly limits the amount of space available. My only small disappointment: I didn't get to try dessert because the one I wanted was sold out. Prices are normal. The bathroom is accessible via stairs. Highly recommended 👍

08/01/2026: Everyone was so friendly. They offered me cherry wine at the end. It wasn't anything special, but it felt good. I stopped by on my way back from a long Vatican tour. There were quite a few Asians, but I saw a lot of Westerners eating there too, so it seemed like a pretty good restaurant. I'd failed at vongole twice at other restaurants, so I tried it again near the end of my trip and it was fine. (Carbona tastes different in Korea, but vongole doesn't seem to taste the same, lol.) I ordered two pastas, so I also had thinly sliced ​​steak as a side dish, which was delicious. I didn't get to try the stew that everyone else was ordering, but it's not worth traveling far for, and it's worth stopping by if you're nearby. I always get wine by the glass recommendations at restaurants, and I was delighted to find the red wine that best suits my taste. (Sigh)

03/01/2026: Very delicious gelato from this shop and price is just right. I and my wife got the pestachio flavor and taste is perfect. The lady serving is also friendly. They have also some seats which we used while eating our gelato. Will surely go back to this shop when we visit Roma again in the future. Grazie!
