03/04/2025: Discovered by chance a few years ago when I moved to the area, and never abandoned again. It is our trusted pizzeria whenever we want to eat well and feel at home. Friendly and professional service, fantastic Roman dishes and pizza (Conca d'oro with + raw ham ❤️) and fair prices. If I had to move somewhere else, I would keep coming back here

16/03/2025: I celebrated my 18th at LYO and if I were to celebrate in the future I would definitely do it there again. Excellent food and drinks, the DJ was very entertaining and available if you requested music of your choice, the room was also very spacious and practically had a rentable disco available. I highly recommend it.

15/03/2025: Excellent food, spectacular cacio e pepe rice (everyone complimented us), warm and welcoming environment, very strong DJ... The photographer is also excellent. The desserts are delicious. We surprised everyone with the choice of venue and we received unanimous compliments....

23/03/2025: Spinti dalle tante recensioni positive, abbiamo deciso di prenotare in questo piccolo ma curatissimo ristorante. Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e le portate che ci hanno proposto sono state deliziose. In particolare abbiamo apprezzato gli gnocchi alla carbonara, il pollo ripieno e il gustoso scrigno di mele e mandorle. Veramente un’ottima esperienza!

01/03/2025: Cena memorable para celebrar nuestro 25 aniversario de boda. Disfrutamos de la lasaña de alcachofa, degustación de mortadela, parmesano con vinagre balsámico añejo, risotto de hongos, poliéster de ternera y ternera y brócollini salteado. Es un espacio pequeño, íntimo, casual. Fuimos cálidamente recibidos por el propietario (Rita) con 2 vasos de prosecco y bien atendido por nuestro camarero Emiliano. Las reservas son imprescindibles. Al cierre de la comida trajeron un poco de ron panameño y una pieza de chocolate artesanal que hacen. Terminamos comprando 4 barras de chocolate para llevar a casa. Fantástica experiencia!

14/04/2025: By far the best ice cream we have ever eaten. Why? Starting from the modern and clean cafe, the gelato was sold from covered metal containers and had no bright colors. This is how you recognize traditional ice cream without unhealthy additives and flavor enhancers. The ice cream cone was even filled with liquid chocolate upon request and the pistachios and brittle Amareno ice cream were fantastic!

09/04/2025: Avevamo necessità di pranzare e siamo usciti dall'autostrada per recarci in questo locale a pochissimi minuti dal casello di Valmontone. Abbiamo mangiato un primo tipico davvero ottimo, personale molto gentile che ci ha consentito di pranzare in pochissimo tempo. Super consigliato

05/04/2025: Per una cena di lavoro tra persone provenienti da Roma e Alatri, abbiamo prenotato questo ristorante a Valmontone incuriositi dalle numerose recensioni positive. Abbiamo preso 3 antipasti di salumi e formaggi molto buoni: originale l’idea di mettere fette di prosciutto in uno “stendino” di legno e di bloccarle con una molletta! Di primi, abbiamo preso la pasta fina fina (con ragù di chianina e tartufo): buona ma si sentiva poco il tartufo. Di secondi: guancia e tartare! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo considerato che senza conoscerci, hanno applicato uno sconto di c.a. Il 10%

So let's start from the menu, that is, I would insert the various specifications of the courses as it was difficult for us to remember all the various information said and then obviously repeated by the very helpful host. Then the food, we took a fried mix, good but it was finished in a second... Then a hot coccetto consisting of one stew in my opinion too frayed immersed in the sauce but also good in the end. Instead in a first course with pumpkin cream and crispy bacon I would have added more bacon both to increase the flavor and the flavor of the dish itself, also regular portion. Finally the rib-eye served as a cut was the winning dish... However I would recommend this place "PER DINCI BACCO"

09/04/2025: Lekker eten, vriendelijk personeel en goede service. Wij hebben tijdens ons verblijf in Rome gedurende meerdere dagen zowel voor lunch als voor diner in il nuovo faro gegeten. Hun lasagna, fettuccine ai funghi porcini en hun pizza 'Del Faro' zijn noemenswaardig. Voor een restaurant dat zo dicht bij de Trevifontein ligt, zijn de prijzen zeer schappelijk. Wij hebben van iedere maaltijd in il nuovo faro genoten.
