04/08/2024: 1000% Roman cuisine! Very high level of general professionalism. Wonderful and welcoming place. Not banal and extremely original. Warm and familiar. The owner, Fabio, and Giampalo the Chef are like Laurel and Onlio, Bud Spencer and Terence Hill so be careful because you will laugh non-stop! The raw materials used are very fresh and of the highest quality. The flavors are clear and well defined...never suppressed or altered. Roman cuisine from Rome a thousand percent! Highly recommended.

28/07/2024: I WAS THERE A LONG TIME AGO AND I MUST SAY THAT I HAD A VERY WELL DINNER WITH TYPICAL ROMAN DISHES REALLY PROFESSIONALLY MADE! HIGHLY DIFFICULT PARKING! BUT IT IS WORTH IT SO I CAN ONLY PROMOTE IT AND RECOMMEND IT

24/08/2024: The perfect place in the town. Excellent food prepared by Romanian chef , served by romain server, nothing common with overrated with Trastevere. Come and joy of real italian taste!

31/08/2024: I had the pleasure of having lunch in this delightful family-run restaurant in the heart of the enchanting Vallepietra. I tried the mixed bruschetta, the strozzapreti alla gricia, the lamb with scaldito and the homemade desserts. Quality cuisine and genuine flavours. The kindness and friendliness of the landlady Marta completes the picture. Absolutely recommended!

10/08/2024: Pranzo 10/08/2024. Trattoria trovata casualmente dovendo venire a Zagarolo per altri interessi. La responsabile di sala Michela è la definizione del vero oste, cortese gentile e precisa. Saletta molto accogliente e particolare con la sua volta scavata nel tufo. La cucina ottima. Cibo genuino e ricercato allo stesso tempo. Oltre la splendida cittadina questa trattoria vale il viaggio. ( Noi siamo arrivati da Francavilla al mare). Assolutamente soddisfatti di aver potuto conoscere una realtà gastronomica così pregiata. Personale accogliente e competente, cibo ottimo. Torneremo sicuramente

31/07/2024: Siamo appena usciti da questa splendida trattoria. Abbiamo mangiato solo piatti della tradizione . Tutto davvero squisito, i primi abbondanti e molto buoni, i secondi succulenti. La responsabile di sala,gentilissima , ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli. Peccato che siamo un po' fuori mano altrimenti verremmo qui molto spesso. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

23/08/2024: I went for lunch a week ago, a welcoming place with excellent and plentiful food but the staff were truly top-notch, discreet and polite, always present without being intrusive. We will definitely be back

12/07/2024: We would highly recommend. But it is what it is don’t expect Michelin star dining! This is Rome home cooking at its finest - basic but hearty food served in an old fashioned way. The old guys serving were great once we’d had a bit of a joke with them. We had two courses for three with drinks and it came to €70 which is brilliant for Rome. We highly recommend

(Each time we sat down they would carry over and position this like meter tall chalkboard with all the drinks and prices on it; when we had ordered, they would pivot the board towards the next group of patrons.) 20/07/2024: Posto delizioso. Il personale e i ragazzi che ci lavorano sono veramente gentili e super disponibili. Il locale offre veramente un’ampia scelta di cibi tutti preparati in maniera magistrale. Non offre solo cibo tipicamente romano ma veramente di tutto. Il locale è grazioso e l’atmosfera che si respira è quella di una famiglia. Il signor Marco una persona speciale e che dire della sua crostata? Sublime. Credo che torneremo dalla Sardegna solo per loro. Consigliatissimo

10/08/2024: Lovely place that offers dishes with incredible flavors of Eritrean cuisine. I have dined here several times and have always been satisfied, from the starters (I recommend both the meat and vegetarian sambusas), to the main courses, to the desserts (of which the sesame one is my favourite). The staff is kind and welcoming, the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed, perfect for a date. The vegetarian options vary according to the season and are delicious, nothing to envy of their carnivorous counterparts. The level of spice and spiciness is adequate even for an unaccustomed palate.
