Questo ristorante si trova in una posizione privilegiata, sulla sommità della scalinata di Trinità de'Monti; ci siamo stati per usufruire di un buono che ci era stato regalato, comprendente una cena per due. Devo premettere che, a causa di un disguido, la prenotazione del buono non era andata a buon fine, ma lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e competente nel risolvere la situazione. Abbiamo mangiato un antipasto (burrata e carciofi alla romana) e due primi (amatriciana e carbonara): sapori indovinatissimi, qualità impeccabile e quantità giuste. Abbiamo anche bevuto un ottimo vino, scelto tra i tanti (tutti ottimi) che la cantina offre. Completano il tutto un ambiente intimo ed elegante, uno staff gentile e tranquillo e, ovviamente, l'invidiabile posizione. Ci torneremo di sicuro per provare le altre squisitezze.
