10/05/2026: A very charming trattoria in the heart of Rome, with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and thoughtful decor. The menu is quite comprehensive and offers many classic Roman dishes. We really appreciated the atmosphere, which was well-maintained and pleasant; however, the service was a bit less so: friendly but too reserved and noisy. The only real negative was the noise level: too much noise, confusion, and people talking very loudly. Personally, I would have preferred a more relaxed and quiet atmosphere to better enjoy dinner. The food also has some areas for improvement. While it's a typically Roman menu and overall enjoyable, some dishes could use some work. In particular, the artichokes alla giudia were perhaps over-fried and almost burnt, losing some of their intended delicacy and crunchiness. Overall, a good trattoria, well-located, and with good potential in central Rome.
