Excellent quality ingredients. Don't expect classic Roman cuisine, but a blend of land and sea, with perfect pairings, such as gnocchi with mussels, artichokes, and pecorino cheese.

Location
The restaurant is well-presented, with a refined interior and a welcoming atmosphere. It also has a covered outdoor area, which, while functional, is inevitably less prestigious and impactful than the interior.
A sore point for those arriving by car: parking in the area is a challenge.
Menu
The restaurant's strong point is undoubtedly the cuisine. The menu is deliberately short, a sign of freshness, enriched by extemporaneous daily specials. The high quality of the ingredients and the expert craftsmanship that respects them are clearly evident. The wine cellar also performs well, offering a selection that matches the culinary offerings.
Service
The welcome is two-tiered. On the one hand, you can sense an almost familial attention towards regular customers, who enjoy dedicated and very warm service; on the other, first-time visitors may feel a greater sense of detachment.
Unfortunately, time management was uneven: an error on one course delayed the dishes' delivery, and excessive haste in clearing the table immediately after the first courses created a slight communication short circuit, giving the impression—perhaps due to overzealousness or a misunderstanding—that the dinner was supposed to end there, effectively making it difficult to order a second course.
Bill
An investment that certainly reflects the high quality of the products and cuisine seems slightly high when compared to the inattentive service and the feeling of being a bit of a "second-class" customer.
The restaurant confirms its reputation for culinary excellence: the food is good, and the quality is unquestionable.
However, the overall experience is penalized by a service that seems overly focused on pampering the "old guard" of regulars, neglecting the hospitality and flow of the meal for other guests.
