20/09/2025: It's located a short distance from the Abbey of San Nilo. The place isn't very large, but there are no architectural barriers. The service is truly efficient, and the food, all homemade, is truly top-notch! There's only one bathroom, which is very clean, large enough, and wheelchair-accessible. The staff is incredibly friendly. Highly recommended, but make sure to book because they're really good.

31/10/2025: The best porchetta I've ever had. The cod is exquisite. Not to mention the sandwiches and the courtesy and friendliness of the owner Piero and his son Federico. Walking in in the morning is like stepping back in time to an authentic, timeless Trastevere.

31/10/2025: You come in and are enveloped by such stimulating aromas 😋. Now my go-to for everything they have: prosciutto, bresaola, the legendary porchetta, cheeses and pizza, especially the famous scrocchia 🤓.

18/11/2025: We had dinner at Coaster on Sunday evening. We discovered the place on Facebook. Starting from the moment we arrived, the staff were warmly welcomed, polite, and courteous. The place is beautiful, well-decorated, and tastefully decorated. The food is high-quality and expertly prepared. The pucce and fried fish were very good and plentiful, as was the platter. The drinks were top-notch, both the cocktails, which were very well-made, and the beers. Their beer, Origins, is a very good 7° IPA. Whiskey and other drinks were available. The staff was courteous, helpful, and qualified to recommend the best food/drink pairings. We'll see you again soon. 🔜 Neptune = Coaster. 🔝👏👏👏

05/11/2025: Excellent pizza by the slice near Porta Pia, perfect for a lunch break. There's a wide variety of pizzas to choose from; special mention goes to the pizza amatriciana: truly delicious, and the pizza with Nutella 😋 The staff, despite the large crowd, is quick but friendly. The place is small, but there's still seating available.

01/12/2025: While strolling through Rome's historic center, we stumbled upon this restaurant quite by chance, and what a surprise! The setting was superb, and the service worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant! The menu was varied without being overwhelming, and the dishes served were top-notch! The prices were a bit high, but not excessive, and more than justified by the quality of the food and service! We even had a quick chat with the owner at the end of our meal to make sure everything was alright! This isn't a place for a quick bite, but rather a truly wonderful culinary experience! By far our favorite restaurant during our stay in Rome!

30/11/2025: Must visit. Amidst the polyphonic Rome we found a haven of superb cuisine with a wonderful atmosphere and incredible service. We've been coming here every time we're in Rome for over ten years. The quality of this restaurant, both in the wonderful dishes and the service, never disappoints. Absolutely delicious. A wonderful place for dinner.

05/11/2025: A lovely little gelateria. For us, it was the best gelateria in all of Rome. The price-performance ratio is perfectly fine. A small scoop cost €3, and it wasn't small at all. The server was very friendly, and the way he presented the gelateria was truly artistic. If you like nut flavors, you absolutely must try the pistachio. It's definitely the best pistachio gelateria I've ever tasted. Thank you!

05/11/2025: I happened upon this shop on my way to the Galleria Borghese. Their gelato is really good. The coconut one is even amazing because there are coconut meat bits in it.

06/11/2025: Welcoming staff, serving authentic feeling home cooked food. I appreciate that they helped us order in English as our Italian is limited. Had eggplant parm, roast chicken and zucchini. I could eat here 5 days a week.

15/11/2025: The place is very characteristic, immersed in the Sabine countryside, with particular attention to detail and cleanliness. The staff is kind yet very professional, always supported by the sweet owner, who is always present. The manager, Domenico, is the jewel in the crown, helpful and thoughtful. I don't know what kind of magic they work in the kitchen, but compliments aren't enough. If I could give more stars, I would.

15/11/2025: We celebrated our wedding in this splendid location on October 4th, and if we could get married again, I would choose Tenuta la Salvia again and again. Everything was magnificent; they exceeded my every expectation, and I can assure you, my expectations were very, very high! A beautiful and perfectly decorated location, excellent food, impeccable service, precise and fast, just as we requested. Everything was meticulously planned. Congratulations, they truly made our day unforgettable. Heartfelt thanks to Antonio (the chef), Domenico (the restaurant manager), and also to all the staff. I'd thank them individually, but I don't remember their names!

23/11/2025: What can I say? It's like staying at a friend's house. Perfect place, especially if you want to grab an Aperol and pair it with a slice of ciambellone (don't do it, but honestly, it was good) and browse through books, since they're literally in every corner of the room. I hope to return soon!

20/11/2025: Hearth of community with delicious, affordable drinks. Their cosmopolitan was absolutely delightful and their staff is female (and possible queer)-owned. Will definitely be stopping here with my lover again, once we get the chance!

05/11/2025: Osteria Corsetti 1921 in Trastevere is truly a charming place! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Trastevere, at Piazza di S. Cosimato 27. The atmosphere is typical of an Italian osteria, with a charming interior and generally friendly service. The food is excellent, featuring traditional Roman dishes like carbonara, cacio e pepe, and amatriciana, all prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The staff is friendly and helpful, although some customers have reported issues with the service. The prices are a bit high, but considering the quality of the food and the central location, they're still reasonable. Some customers have reported issues with the bill, so it's best to check carefully before paying. Overall, Osteria Corsetti 1921 is a recommended place for those seeking an authentic culinary experience in Trastevere. Roman cuisine is some of the best in Rome, and this restaurant is proof of that.

02/11/2025: lot of tourist traps in Trastevere but this place is legit - we had saltimbocca and the steak with porcini special - they source stuff properly and care about quality in the wine and meat they serve. The locals know this. Manager is a great host and the waiters are knowledgeable and friendly, fluent in English and Italian.

11/11/2025: There were only couple of people in the restaurant and I understand why after the experience. The artichoke sauce was mixed with mint and It was terrible. The rest of the food was OK but they charged 15% of tip without notifying us and when I tried to get the bill details the water took it away so that I couldn’t check the details. Don’t trust the reviews when there are only hundreds of them.

26/10/2025: A wonderful experience. If you’re tired of the crowds, this is the perfect place to unwind. The food is prepared with absolute passion, and the quality and combinations are outstanding. The setting—from the courtyard to the restaurant itself—is fantastic! clearly, someone with a real eye for design was involved here. And then there’s the service: Djérmine, Jacobo, and Simone treat you like an honored guest and make you feel completely at ease. I wholeheartedly recommend taking at least one evening here to escape the madness and truly enjoy this experience.

30/11/2025: An excellent experience from start to finish. Returning to Borgo del Cacchione is always a rewarding experience, but this time—there were seven of us—it was even more surprising. The welcome was warm and professional, accompanied by a simple but delicious plate of potatoes and pecorino cheese, perfect for the start. We began the dinner with their mixed raw fish, which was truly extraordinary: impeccable freshness, clean flavors, and balanced pairings. A dish worth the visit alone. For main courses, we chose tagliata and amatriciana: tender meat, cooked to perfection, generous and well-prepared side dishes, and a rich, flavorful, flawless pasta. All accompanied by two carefully selected glasses of wine and a water service that was always present but never intrusive. The service, as always, was impeccable: attentive, quick, kind, with that professionalism that makes you feel cared for without being disturbed. The location remains one of its strong points: immersed in the greenery of the Castelli Romani, well-kept, quiet, ideal for both groups and couples. Full rating: 5 out of 5. Excellent cuisine, a wonderful atmosphere, and exceptional service. One of the best dining experiences in the area. We'll definitely be back.

02/11/2025: Excellent value for money, I often go for the sandwiches because I work nearby, and I have to say they're all worth it—always fresh and with just the right fillings. The deli also always has a wide selection that changes daily. The staff, both at the counter and at the cash register, are always friendly, kind, and smiling—not at all predictable.

29/10/2025: I encourage you to try it if you're looking for something to eat, for example, for breakfast. Delicious paninis, sandwiches, pinsas, and great coffee. Very friendly service.
