I Sofà Bar Restaurant & Roof Terrace

16/05/2026: We attended a First Communion celebration and everything was excellent. They have a wonderful rooftop terrace. The restaurant also has a very pleasant terrace on the ground floor.
The food lived up to the location, and the service was excellent.
We have wonderful memories of our experience at I Sofá. Thank you!
23/04/2026: We visited this restaurant, choosing it from those available in the "Michelin-starred flavors" SmartBox we received as a gift.
We were very pleased with both the welcome we received from the entire staff (helpfulness, courtesy, presence, professionalism) and the quality of the dishes we ordered (preparation, ingredients, presentation). A classy, modern, and well-maintained location in the historic center of Via Giulia in Rome. An excellent experience.

09/04/2026: What a birthday lunch!! I went today with my partner to celebrate my birthday. What can I say? Just looking at the menu and wine list, you're torn between "I can't wait to try as much as I can" and "I can't wait to go back with this group of friends and that one so they can try everything." Slow Food cured meat appetizers, with unique aromas and textures, mouth-watering veal sweetbreads, and their soft taco with tasty and flavorful sheep strips (made with traditional Turkish bazlama bread, also made with potatoes). We then tried Sora Maria's famous cannelloni, excellent! Finally, the trio of Roman lamb PGI: three different dishes, just the right amount to appreciate it in these three variations, each one better than the last. All accompanied by two recommended glasses of white wine, an excellent Trebbiano di Affile and a Fiano di Avellino. Finally, the desserts: pastiera, a huge portion, and a delicious chocolate and raspberry cube. Definitely worth returning to, especially to take advantage of the wine list. It features a wide selection of French wines, divided by region, along with quality wines from all over Italy and a wealth of local wines, especially Cesanese, of course. I congratulate you on your cuisine; the attention you put into it is evident and evident.
09/04/2026: Elegant but not overly so, sophisticated but in a "homely" way. It's the right place for those who want to eat seriously well! For those who know flavors and don't compromise on the palate! Always a guarantee!

21/05/2026: My family and I visited Marcolino Pane e Vino and enjoyed a delightful evening of authentic Roman cuisine.
Excellent, flavorful dishes prepared with great care, respecting tradition, in a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere that immediately made us feel at home.
Special praise goes to Giada, who was truly brilliant: she managed and served a small, fully-filled room with about 20 seats with professionalism, kindness, and great attention, all by herself, without ever losing her smile and attentiveness.
A very positive experience, definitely worth repeating.

30/06/2026: I’ve ended up coming here every single day I’ve been in Rome, and I think that says everything. The team here is genuinely warm, welcoming, and remembers people, which makes it feel like your neighborhood café even if you’re just visiting.
Do yourself a favor and get the pistachio croissant. It is phenomenal and tends to sell out early for good reason. Pair it with their crema coffee and you’ve got one of the best breakfasts in the city.
I’ve tried coffee all over Rome during this trip, and Mus Caffè is still my favorite. Great coffee, fantastic pastries, wonderful people. If you’re nearby, don’t overthink it. Just go.
26/06/2026: Was in Rome last week, stayed in Prati, and had breakfast at Mus Caffe one morning - and it was awesome! We sat outside, had coffee, and a great (very affordable) breakfast. Our waiter was attentive and excellent. If we ever make it back to Rome, this will be one of our stops! A+ all around! Highly recommend.

10/07/2026: For several years now, whenever we want to treat ourselves to an evening of excellence, we go there. The atmosphere is elegant without being cloying. The tasting menu is always captivating, the flavors unique without being excessive. The service is another feather in the cap; never intrusive, always friendly and attentive to every little detail. Precisely because of this attention to detail, I'd like to mention the restrooms. The presence of feminine hygiene products, wet wipes and hangers, as well as sealed dental cleaning kits and washcloths, clearly demonstrates how every detail is thought out in detail. What more can I say? Thank you for a wonderful evening. See you soon!

From the moment we entered, we felt welcomed, not just served. The restaurant is refined but without unnecessary frills.
We chose the tasting menu. Each course told a little story: impeccable technique and art-gallery-like presentation. The service was impeccable: attentive, knowledgeable, never intrusive. Enrico recommended the perfect pairing.
The chef's passion is evident in every detail. It's not "just" a gourmet restaurant, it's a complete experience.
We'll definitely be back!

08/04/2026: If you're looking for an experience that goes beyond simply "eating out," Altavela is a must-see in Fiumicino. Rarely do you find such a perfect balance between the quality of the ingredients and the hospitality of the staff.
The undisputed star is the fish, incredibly fresh and treated with sacred respect. Each dish reflects the traditions of the coast but with a touch of contemporary elegance that elevates the flavor without overpowering it.
What makes Altavela truly special, however, is the atmosphere. The service is impeccable: fast, discreet, and extremely knowledgeable in recommending off-menu items and wine pairings. But it's the extreme kindness of the entire staff that makes the difference; they make you feel like a guest of honor from the moment you arrive, right up until your coffee, with a warmth and spontaneity that are rare these days.
Highly recommended for both a romantic dinner and a special family lunch. I'll definitely be back!
