01/05/2026: A beautiful restaurant in the village of Mentana. If you want to eat quality meat, this is the place to go. The tartare tasting, side dishes, desserts, and wine are also excellent.

The crust is as firm and full as bread, with a perfectly thick bottom that's never dry or hard, but rather retains a perfect balance of moisture and chewiness. The most impressive part is the outer edge, baked to an incredibly crispy perfection, delivering a satisfying "crunch-crunch" with every bite – a truly delightful experience! Besides the delicious food, the owner's service is a major plus. Even when the shop is busy, the owner remains incredibly patient, always sporting a warm smile.

12/03/2026: The starters, main courses, and desserts were perfect. We had the wonderfully creamy burrata with delicious tomatoes. The dish of the day, homemade carbonara with turnip greens, was excellent. The dessert was the icing on the cake: a good tiramisu and a decadent chocolate fondant with succulent vanilla ice cream. I highly recommend this little restaurant. Plus, the waitress is lovely.

11/05/2026: Oh, how long it's been since I've seen my dear friend Lisa, whom I've known since we were young girls, chasing our dreams with our heads in the clouds. And we remained friends, for so many years that thinking about it makes me dizzy. Every now and then, in the little holes of the family network, we manage to carve out a little corner for ourselves, to reconnect and rewind the tape of life. So here we are, near Via Magna Grecia, where she has a Sunday engagement and I lived for many years, choosing a little spot for a bite to eat, interspersed with conversation. We spot a Chinese restaurant, but the interior is so shabby that, laughing, we run away. Then, since we both have a love for Sardinia, we find the ideal center in this little restaurant called "La Posada" (and we gladly settle in...) where she had eaten (well) once, who knows when. We enter, and the very kind restaurateur (who hails from Carbonia, in the Campidano region) assigns us a nice table, all to ourselves, in a still-empty room, then invites us to scan the QR code. "No thanks!" I say, and ask him to give us the house recommendations, as they did in the beautiful old temples without cell phones. Of course, and we begin with the Sardinian cuisine that I love. And the dishes are even better when seasoned with the Sardinian dialect that speaks to me of my beloved island. A fish salad, gnocchi with sausage, a tiramisu, and a crispy, warm guttiau complete a lovely evening with friends. The bill isn't as salty as the Gallura sea, and so, after paying, we leave the restaurant in the night, happy and bubbly like the water we were served. Go Paris.

19/05/2026: A quaint place steeped in history. Excellent seafood cuisine (with good alternatives). Perfect for a relaxing Sunday family lunch. All the dishes were well-prepared and delicious, from the appetizers (the fish meatballs were excellent), to the first courses (the seafood and ravioli were excellent), and to the second courses (excellent mixed grill and sea bass fillet wrapped in potato wedges). The desserts were interesting (such as trifle profiteroles). Friendly and professional service. The price was fair. Excellent value. We will gladly return.

17/05/2026: Excellent customer service, great attention to detail and impeccable hygiene. The gelato is incredibly fresh, and actually tastes like the flavour stated not artificial in the slightest. Only complaint is that they don’t have a branch here in London :( haha I recommend this gelateria to anybody visiting Rome, it’s a gem and should be top of the list for food to try. Not to mention the prices are phenomenal considering the calibre of ingredients used!! Wow!!
