Not only is the quality of the meat excellent, I must say, but they're also incredibly skilled at making appetizers and first courses a true experience! Authentic, intense, and interesting flavors. Everything is made with extreme skill and care. Attentive service, the staff are always very kind and friendly. Relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant is located in the historic center of Mentana, a small medieval village with narrow streets and stone houses. A true gem for meat lovers and those who love good food.

A beautiful restaurant in the village of Mentana. If you want to eat quality meat, this is the place to go. The tartare tasting, side dishes, desserts, and wine are also excellent.

Impeccable service, careful selection of the finest ingredients, and a warm and welcoming atmosphere! In the summer, you can also eat outside in the charming atmosphere of a square in the historic center. I've been a customer for many years and have never been disappointed! Always my favorite place to eat the best meat in the area! Great Giacomo & Chiara, you are the best! See you soon

I had dinner with my wife for an anniversary! We couldn't have found a better place to spend a lovely evening! Everyone was extremely attentive and kind, the place was very welcoming, and we found the food to be truly excellent! We'll be back soon! Thank you.

Sa Tanca Crostaceria

19/08/2026: Would not go again. The bread felt like it was yesterdays bread from the grocery store. The starter was so so and it was not specified to be cold on the menu. So very surprising. The main course was however quite good so they do make some good dishes, but it’s not enough to go back. We also received an extra small dish ”from the chef” for 8 euros total. It does feel a bit dishonest but not a big deal. The plate the bread was served on was also broken. In conclusion would not recommend the resturant.
12/08/2026: Amazing food and wonderful service at Sa Tanca Crostaceria! The only thing that could use a little improvement is the interior itself, as it didn't look that great. Otherwise, everything else was truly fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

23/08/2026: Located practically in the center of Subiaco. Welcoming and discreet. Excellent service, professional and courteous. Same rating for the food. I HIGHLY recommend it.
22/08/2026: We stopped by chance very early, not realizing it was fully booked from 8:00 PM! Excellent food, super, really good, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!
