05/12/2025: We were at a very special place today. The food, ambience and service were exceptional. We felt welcome and enjoyed our stay very much. What really makes a difference is the fact that you do not just get the "usual" tipica cucina romana, but also dishes from Puglia. I herewith declare "il tarallo" as being one of our three favorite restaurants in Trastevere.

05/11/2025: I usually stay close by when I'm in Rome and always make a visit when I'm needing a quick meal. The owner is so happy to help every time I come in and the pizza is always delicious. Prices are very reasonable.

04/11/2025: Thanks to a bonus I got on a website (it’s mentioned in the photo), I decided to go out for dinner. The seafood was amazing — especially the shrimp. Didn’t spend it all, of course, but this dinner made the evening feel special.

14/11/2025: Really nice place with gluten free food. Donuts are really good and also the salad food. 100% recommended if you need gluten free options for breakfast. The woman (I guess the owner) is really kind and friendly, we went during our trip to Roma twice and bought things to eat in the airport.

09/11/2025: Everything is gluten-free. There's a good variety, and the woman who served us was very nice and friendly. We highly recommend the pistachio cream-filled croissant.

30/11/2025: Spectacular fried foods and flans. I can't review the pinsa because I didn't order it among the myriad dishes and appetizers, but if they're anything like the focaccia they serve instead of bread, they're definitely worth it. Welcoming and hip service in true San Lorenzo style: even those who aren't from Rome and don't know what that means will love it. Highly recommended!!

23/10/2025: Highly recommended! 🎉 Very well-stocked with strictly artisanal desserts and pizzas, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. Every product is meticulously crafted, and you can immediately taste the difference compared to other places. The staff is incredibly friendly, always smiling and helpful, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The prices are super fair, especially considering it's located in the city center, where you often pay much more for inferior quality. 26/11/2025: Excellent local restaurant. Literally a hole in a wall in a dark alley. Inside is warm, lively and inviting. Full of local people. The food is excellent!

26/11/2025: A Roman experience not to be missed—reservations are required, as the restaurant is small—but certainly unforgettable. Food prepared with care, skill, and love, a true poetry of flavors and emotions. The wonderful, helpful, kind, and professional staff gave me excellent advice. Impeccable and prompt service. A truly unique experience. It will be a must-visit on my Roman outings.

19/10/2025: I highly recommend Rosemary for a breakfast or lunch! It’s adorable, right off the main road- off the beaten path yet steps from everything Fresh squeezed juices, amazing coffee, fantastic prices- and the food is delicious and so fresh! I got a simple egg breakfast and asked for a side of veggies, and I got a beautiful bowl of roasted eggplant, zucchini and squash. My friends got a larger breakfast with eggs, pancakes, and two choices of meats. All came with fresh squeezed juice and cafe latte. And the staff was so pleasant and happy-

15/11/2025: Voglia di Pane is, without a doubt, the most delicious pastry shop and bakery I've found in Rome. Everything they make is fresh and bursting with flavor. The atmosphere is super cool and friendly, perfect for spending a pleasant time. Plus, the coffee is really good and goes wonderfully with any of their pastries or breads. A highly recommended place to return to again and again! And everyone there is really good-looking, haha.
