20/11/2024: Amazing hotel and even better staff. Getting in the hotel room felt incredible and extremely welcoming, probably the best hotel experience I’ve ever had especially for the price. Feels super homey and has a perfect location near all the places locals go to in the distance of 10 minute walks.

24/08/2024: What a gem of a place!!! Lovely Italian vibe to it. Nothing fancy, emphasis is on the quality, flavour of the freshly prepared food. Can't fault the food at all, words will not do justice to the food. Best would be to go and experience this lovely little restaurant. Having tried the other highly recommended & famous highly rated restaurants in Bologna, this is The Trattoria to go. You wouldn't be disappointed.

03/12/2024: I have been going to eat at the Pedretti Severina restaurant for many years and the quality is always the best you could ask for. Typical dishes of Bolognese cuisine and the service is fast. You always feel at home.

04/12/2024: Location suggestiva che perdona molto, polletto, grande cavallo di battaglia da più di 20 anni ma notoriamente carne molto povera ed economica a 19 euro a porzione. 3/4 euro in meno rispetto ad un filetto di manzo… abbandonata la politica del “vino della casa” che ti evita di spendere per qualche bicchiere 20 euro (come da trattoria media) in favore delle famose “mezzine” da 0,375 notoriamente sconvenienti. Che dire in bocca al lupo per il tentativo di uscire dal coro delle trattorie!!

09/12/2024: Tasting menu portions are really very small... tasty appetizer, scamorza wrapped in grilled ham, cold and white tagliatelle with blackberry ragù, but since they were only 2 forkfuls, we didn't even ask to heat them up or season them any more. Good tortelli. Second course of meat with lard... the meat was excellent, too bad it was cold and the lard didn't melt. Abundant dessert, 2 slices of trifle. The dishes of those who didn't take the tasting were good, but the portions were still small... excellent mascarpone.

11/11/2024: Typical cuisine in its maximum expression! The dishes are excellent and every time I feel like I'm returning to my grandmother's house as a child! It is a place where you feel at ease and nothing is missing! The service is excellent and attentive. The prices are really excellent in relation to the quality!
If you haven't been there yet, it's a must!
