Super AYCE sushi! Quality of food and price unchanged for years (although the high price increases that competitors have applied). If I have to quickly choose a sushi in Bologna my first choice is definitely Sapory. Variety of dishes, friendly and helpful staff. Another positive note: they don't skimp on ginger and wasabi.

The good sushi with many new and innovative flavours. We tried it with truffle and asparagus and it was really good. The only thing I don't like is the lack of privacy, the tables are close together and you can't talk calmly

Sarebbe forse da 3 pallini e mezzo ma il servizio ed il posto mi hanno fatto arrotondare a 4. Possibilità di mangiare sia all you can eat che alla carta, ci siamo stati sabato a pranzo. prezzo nella media (16,90 bevande/dolci/coperto esclusi), alcune pietanze molto buone altre non troppo. Buona la carta vini e, stranamente, senza gli assurdi ricarichi che si trovano in ristoranti similari. Posto consigliato, ma come qualità non è che si sia al top. Torneremo comunque per un pasto veloce senza pretese.

24/03/2024: Really cozy Chinese-Japanese restaurant. The kindness and education of the staff, made up of fast and attentive guys, is surprising. Excellent food, much above average quality, good prices. The environment is varied, people of all ages and backgrounds alternate at the tables. If you want to spend a couple of hours in good company and eating well, go to Mika: you won't regret it.
10/03/2024: I went there several times. The quality of the raw materials is excellent. Delicious raw fish, both sushi and tartare, as well as everything else. Very kind and professional staff.

07/03/2024: The staff was a bit rude... they almost threw the plate in my face to set the table as the quality of the food was good Nice place and maybe even a little intimate
