We discovered Sapory restaurant a few years ago. We're sushi lovers, and in our opinion, it's one of the best in the Bologna area. Reservations are highly recommended, given the large number of customers. Orders are online. If your cell phone reception isn't good (as happened to us), no problem. They have Wi-Fi; just ask the wait staff, and you're all set. The staff is very kind and attentive, and the food is fast and always attentive to detail. The dishes, suitable for everyone (vegetarians, vegans, and omnivores), offer a wide selection of tasty dishes that are both palatable and visually appealing. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with soft music that still allows you to chat and relax during dinner (we usually only go for dinner). We've been going once a week now, and we never tire of eating at Sapory and trying a different dish each time. The only downside is that customers sometimes don't understand that it's okay to raise your voice to talk since the room is quiet and peaceful.

Attentive service and a nice restaurant, but the food isn't very good.

Everything was very good. I was pregnant, and the wait staff was very attentive to my needs. The kitchen staff even changed some dishes to accommodate me. Our youngest daughter (3 years old) was also with us, and she loves eating here. Ample parking is available. We will definitely be back soon.
