Very cozy and nice place for dinner. The staff was very friendly and they explain every option the have in the menu very detailed to non-Italian visitors. Food was delicious and wine was local and very nice.

Congratulations to all the staff because as soon as you enter you are greeted by the elegance and goodness of the people and the food! Attention to detail and raw materials make this place a beautiful experience! We came here with our family as we were passing through Bologna. and they immediately welcomed us with great hospitality and splendid attention to the customer! Excellent food and attention to detail too! We had a broad bean and stracchino risotto which I consider excellent! Sincere congratulations. SUPER RECOMMENDED!!!

Refined restaurant in the now central area, close to the station and well served. My husband and I, traveling from Naples, enjoyed excellent artisanal tortellini, truly Bolognese, and traditional cutlet but with a pleasantly spicy flavour. Excellent service. Prices adequate but acceptable.

A small cozy family restaurant, where quality and taste are top notch. The menu card is reasonably large, so there must be something for every taste. It's food like mama makes it.

As soon as you arrive in Bologna, you stumble upon this restaurant by chance given the reviews. It was quite late and Mr. Dante welcomed us despite the time. Apparently a little grumpy, we immediately understood that he is the heart of that restaurant. A man from other times, who "reprimanded" us for the timetable like a father and welcomed us like an innkeeper from times gone by. The rest of the staff smiling and professional, perfectly adapted to the context. Every single dish offered is made entirely by them (even the bread), the quality is truly superb. We ate a lot and very well at a truly honest price. I want to focus on the service, there are already many reviews about the food and they are all deserved. When I say innkeeper of times gone by I mean the elegance of the service that we now only dream about: taking off and putting back the coat, suggested place for the bag, comfortable chairs and large table (set with tablecloth and runner, not paper placemats) , I bring the open menu (the words "use phones with grace" are wonderful), a saucer under the bottles of water (both still and sparkling), explanation of the dishes, put the right cutlery before serving the dishes (not so obvious ), glass suitable for red wine (open bottle in front of me, for the glass only). Here we do serious things, without frills and distractions. Next time in Bologna it will be an obligatory stop. Stay as you are, we need places like this.

Intimate restaurant, friendly and approachable staff, very good dishes (I usually disparage all tortellini in broth except my grandmother's; these were surprisingly good). Also recommended are the schnitzel and the cheek.

Come entrati ci siamo subito sentiti a casa. Il servizio è attento e disponibile. Il sig. Dante sa il suo mestiere da molti anni ed è un piacere anche che si fermi a parlare co noi parlando di una Bologna d'altri tempi di cui ora rimane ben poco. I piatti sono ottimi e c'è una buona lista di vini. Fatevi consigliare. Prezzi sopra la media ma vale la pena
