24/05/2026: Nice place with private parking, nice rooms complete with bathroom with shower (only complaint, some signs of mold on the glass in the shower and the water draining a little slowly), friendly welcome, good breakfast.

22/03/2026: I stayed here with my family for one night. I'm giving it two stars only because of the beautiful facility. We may have been unlucky, but the night we arrived, the breakfast room (below our room) had been rented out to outsiders for a birthday party. There was a lot of noise, tables and chairs were being moved, and children ran up to the rooms, knocking on our guests' doors. This went on until 1 a.m., and the owner was not supervising them. We'll draw a veil over the breakfast. I don't understand the 10/10 reviews for the abundant breakfast. Breakfast is served from 8 to 9 a.m., and you come down at 8:35 to find empty plates with leftovers from other guests, without refilling. The selection was very limited, except for an empty tart plate, an empty chocolate bundt cake plate, and two other plates with leftover slices of fruit bundt cake. Half-empty juice jugs, one yogurt, and industrial-strength biscuits packaged in sachets. That's the selection. It's a shame because the structure could offer more.

19/10/2025: Embarrassing. I've been calling for two years to order takeout pizza or a table, and they NEVER answer. If you go up and point it out, they act like they're not there. How can you run a business and not answer the phone? Besides, the quality of the waiters is embarrassing; they only hire kids who are slow and distracted. Obviously, it's not the waiters' fault. I'll never go there again.

12/10/2025: We've dined several times at this restaurant, located in the historic center of Gualdo Tadino. The menu features traditional dishes and pizza, sure to please all palates. Excellent value. Very friendly and helpful staff.

01/06/2026: It's a disgrace. You think you're having a nice evening with friends, but you end up getting angry, and that's all you have to do. It's the first sushi place ever where you leave hungry. They didn't even get 20% of everything we ordered. When you try to ask for an explanation, the staff is even rude and impolite. Despite this and all our final complaints, they didn't even deign to offer a discount. We paid full price for everything. It's a disgrace.

01/06/2026: We arrived at 8.30pm with five people, two of us didn't eat because their orders hadn't arrived, the waiters didn't know which tables the dishes belonged to and marked them as already delivered, they responded badly to the continuous reminders and almost at the closing of the kitchen they told us to re-order, the last dishes arrived (i.e. also the first ones) at 10pm, after asking the staff about what had happened we paid the whole bill, a disgrace

04/04/2026: My husband and I went a few months ago on someone's recommendation. I don't know if we had the wrong night, but we can certainly say it's the worst place we've ever been to, absolutely. The menu includes spaghetti with various sauces, tagliatelle with ragù, and penne all'arrabbiata. They arrive overcooked and sticky, four at a time. There are no main courses on the menu. We ask the waitress, who says there aren't any?!? We ask for truffle crostini and other things I can't remember. They hand us a large slice of that oval bread you buy at Lidl in a plastic bag, cut into six pieces, smeared with awful sauces so thin they barely cover the bread in some places. The finishing touch? While my husband waits to pay at the register, I ask for a coffee. They serve it to me by passing the cup and saucer over the head of another customer in line. A unique experience, that's for sure.

20/01/2026: A typical provincial restaurant where you eat very well in a welcoming atmosphere. The owner is very good and helpful with everyone, especially with small children.

02/01/2026: Terrible experience. (Let's start by assuming I love raw sushi.) The sashimi is ridiculous: tiny, unappealing pieces. The fried food is inedible, with a strong smell of old oil that completely ruins the dish. The only redeeming feature is the noodles, which are quite well made, but they don't justify the rest. The worst part is that the last two times I've been very ill, with severe stomach pain after eating here. It can't be a coincidence. Considering the quality of the food and the problems I've had, I strongly advise against it. I won't be returning; for €14 for lunch, it's highly advisable to spend more and eat at other all-you-can-eat restaurants (even in the city).

22/10/2025: Employees use the electric charging area as a parking lot for their diesel cars, and no one says anything. The parking spaces were all free, so it's 100% intentional. Shameful!

08/10/2025: A must-see every time we're in Passignano! The place is relaxing, the view is stunning, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is excellent! Highly recommended!

08/05/2026: So far, every single time I've arrived it has been closed although the website says it is open. (Owner addressed this, review following) I was able to make it and I must say I cannot complain about a single thing. My wife and I shared 3 separate dishes and everything was very delicious. The chef came out as each dish was delivered and checked how everything came out. The staff was very friendly, and although our Italian was very limited they never got frustrated and ensured we got what we wanted. I throughly enjoyed the experience.

02/05/2026: Modern, new, and well-kept location. The staff is distracted and not at all smiling. NOT recommended!

24/11/2025: They should freshen up the place. The furniture is starting to look old. Worn out. Everything else is fine. The prices are also fair. To the fateful question, "Would you go back?", the answer is undoubtedly YES every time I can.
