12/11/2025: I'm sorry, but in my personal opinion, the quality-price ratio isn't exactly right. I can't say I had a bad meal, but compared to the average for the area, the prices are unjustified. Very nice atmosphere.

03/05/2026: This restaurant in the heart of Spello is a great place to dine. We immediately noticed the welcoming atmosphere and the very friendly staff, but the food was the biggest letdown. We ordered three first courses, including a carbonara and a ravioli with cream of peas. We didn't finish any of the first courses, they were all completely lacking in flavor. It's a shame, because the location is truly worth it, but the value for money (for three first courses, drinks, and liqueurs, €73) suffers significantly if the cuisine doesn't match the attention to detail shown in the hospitality.

12/04/2026: The restaurant is a bit off the beaten path. The food and portions are average, and the prices are probably also worth paying for. The outside view is breathtaking and relaxing. The service is a bit distracted, room for improvement. The interior is also beautiful and historic.

27/05/2026: Fantastic location on a hilltop with breathtaking views. A generous and authentic breakfast, clean and beautiful rooms. The pool overlooks Assisi and the countryside. The grounds are well-maintained with flowers everywhere; for those who enjoy hiking, there are dedicated trails within the farmhouse. For those who want to enjoy the peace and quiet and the sounds of birdsong, there are relaxation areas. A real treat... they're preparing a sauna and whirlpool for July 2026.

10/05/2026: Our accommodation consists of two buildings, each with two 32 m² apartments – it sometimes looks different on the website. The main building can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot via a steep uphill walk or about 600 meters by car, also via a steep uphill walk. From there, however, you have a fantastic view all the way to Perugia and Assisi. Unfortunately, we only found out on arrival that the apartment is only cleaned once a week (otherwise there is an extra charge of €35.00) and that the towels are also only changed ONCE a week (otherwise €16.00 for two people per change). Breakfast in the restaurant costs €36.00 for two people. The accommodation is cramped: the bedroom is 7.5 m², meaning about 50 cm of space around the bed, and the living room – about 9 m² – is filled with a sofa, a dining table with two chairs, and a smart TV that is mounted on the wall on the far right, making it difficult to see from the sofa. The kitchenette is adequately equipped with a stove and a refrigerator, but there's an additional charge of €25.00 if it's not left clean – take photos! Free Wi-Fi is offered, but the signal is very weak. You can sit comfortably in front of the covered entrance and read or do other things; the apartment at the front is best suited for this – it offers a view of the greenery, not of the neighbor's car. In the village, about 2 km downhill via a typical potholed road, there's a well-stocked supermarket with fresh bread rolls from 8:30 am, and an unbeatable ice cream parlor – a highlight of our trip. During our seven-day stay, we had no contact with anyone from the property, indicating a lack of interest in our well-being. Otherwise, they would have gladly pointed out the leaky roof in the bathroom, which dripped when it rained. All in all, the price-performance ratio was not good, and we would look for different accommodation today.

01/06/2026: We sat and waited for 15-20 minutes. No one came to serve us. We left again.

24/05/2026: We stopped here for a relaxed lunch. We sat outside, which was very nice. The dining room looked lovely. The waiter was super nice and helpful. We ordered a charcuterie plate and some wine. The plate was huge - very comfortably enough for two. The focaccia was really delicious. There were meats on the plate that I've never seen before, but would love to find again. I can't speak to what the pasta or main dishes are like, but based on our experience, I'd recommend this restaurant.

18/04/2026: We ordered a platter for two, the cured meats being of poor quality, while the cheeses included brie and two medium-quality pecorinos. To accompany everything, they brought us focaccia for the modest sum of €5.50. It's a very touristy place.

19/03/2026: We arrived in Montefalco and stopped for lunch with a platter and a glass of wine. We had a great time, so we returned for an aperitivo. Prices were reasonable and the torta al testo was delicious! The service was friendly and attentive! If we return to Montefalco, we'll definitely go there again!

22/05/2026: Terrible service; the waitress held the glasses on the table by the top rim. The potatoes were extremely salty, inedible. The Pepsi was warm. The burgers were of terrible quality, and they were also left on the plate.

22/10/2025: Disappointing experience at Pozzo Romano We visited Pozzo Romano restaurant with a group of 15 colleagues, but unfortunately, the experience was very negative. The staff was unwelcoming and rushed, with no attention to the customer. The meal was of poor quality, with poorly prepared and flavorless dishes. In a city as renowned for its hospitality and good cuisine as Assisi, we expected much better. We do not recommend this restaurant.

29/03/2026: We were there today for an aperitif and had the tagliere and two drinks 🍷 The tagliere (mixed sausage and cheese selection) was amazing 🤩🤩 We'll definitely be back!

15/03/2026: Extremely expensive for very little! The price-performance ratio is completely off. We paid €32 for four Aperol Spritzes and €7 for a 0.3-liter bottle of beer! Even the cheese and ham platter was barely worth €29… Prices higher than in Rome or New York! A real tourist trap; if we had known, we would have moved on immediately.

22/05/2026: This restaurant is located near Santa Maria degli Angeli in Assisi and is clean and modern; the food is truly delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive to customer requests. A wonderful discovery! We'll definitely be back. I highly recommend it.

11/05/2026: I'm sorry to have to give such a low rating, but I wanted to be good. Rustic but poorly maintained place. No menu with prices. If the idea is that of a typical trattoria, the portions are small (the pasta must have been 60g, and the salad was also skimpy). The quality wasn't exceptional (I know where they get the meat, but the pork steak didn't smell good), the pie wasn't cooked, and the price, well...

11/05/2026: Everything was good and the staff were helpful, it could do with a bit of modernization.

12/11/2025: We enjoyed some truly delicious artisanal gelato. We enjoyed it while sitting at one of the tables outside the shop. The various flavors are hung on the wall to the right of the counter, not displayed next to each tub of gelato.
