A small restaurant in the city center, on a street near Piazza della Repubblica, discovered by chance after reading the good reviews—all well-deserved! Tables in a quaint mezzanine, with very original and tasteful decor. The owner, of Sicilian origin, is very kind and willing to explain the different dishes. The various "Uscate" (typical Sicilian dishes) are a must-try. To finish, definitely the cannoli, made to order! Good quality, good prices too.
