02/09/2025: The problem isn't the place, it's not the food, it's the staff! I know it's difficult to handle the public, but the waiters who themselves tell you to arrive at 9:30/9:45 PM find seats for three people, and you arrive at that time with a smile, kind and very polite, mentioning that they spoke on the phone and tried to make a reservation, but they told me there was no need for a reservation and to just show up, there was room. In the end, they show up with arrogance and superficiality. The behavior of the managers/waiters themselves makes the place.

26/10/2025: The food was decent, but the owner's shouting at one of his workers was truly embarrassing. You can't deal with the public like that. We almost intervened, given the raised tone. Really awful.

21/05/2025: Per me a mani basse, la pizza più buona mai mangiata. Qualità e prezzo assolutamente perfetti. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, buono tutto e con prezzo onesto. È stata una scoperta fantastica e ci tornerei domani. Pecca un pochino la disposizione dei tavoli essendo molto vicini tra loro. Ma una volta mangiato ci si alza e si lascia il posto alle persone che, eventualmente, vogliono sedersi. Non abbiamo prenotato (non serve farlo) e ci siamo seduti subito. La preparazione delle pizze è stata veloce non abbiamo aspettato molto. Servizio normale. Dolce (la cheescake) non aspettatevi il classico “impasto” dentro. Sotto biscotto Lotus, e come “crema” non è mascarpone ecc, ma semplicemente panna montata e sopra condito con le varie creme spalmabili e cioccolato bianco. Ci sta, non era per nulla male. Ripeto, ci tornerei domani :)

26/04/2025: Impasto a Perugia, di fronte al cinema multisala UCI, è il tipico esempio di pizzeria nate sul modello americano, però qui la pizza è molto meglio. Direi Ottima. Avrei qualche riserva sul colore del locale, quasi interamente di colore nero, e dei servizi igienici, veramente scomodi e mal posizionati. Quello che però ci ha dato veramente fastidio è il servizio asfissiante. Dopo pochissimi minuti che ti sei seduto iniziano a chiederti di ordinare, e poi non appena lo hai fatti passano in continuazione a chiederti se va tutto bene, mentre mangi passano ogni minuto per sapere se va bene , se vuoi altro, se possono portare via i piatti. Insomma, non ti lasciano cenare in pace. Se aggiungiamo poi che i tavoli sono piccoli e vicinissimo l'uno all'altro, diventa veramente un insieme caotico. Ripeto, la pizza è molto buona, ma locale e servizio lasciano a desiderare .

12/10/2025: We were there today for lunch... the service was excruciatingly slow, in fact it almost seemed as if the two waiters forgot about the table requests, mediocre dishes, a reheated duck leg that I was confirmed to be from the day before, and a sort of lentil soup (just okay) with two pieces of sausage (it seemed old to me), Rosso di Montefalco by the glass was truly awful, at least the beer was good but only because it was bottled... I am increasingly sadly convinced that now, more or less since COVID, quality is plummeting almost everywhere, even in places where years ago you ate well almost everywhere... poor Italy, and poor us

14/09/2025: I went for lunch...I had 20 minutes since I was passing by with a group...in 10 minutes they served me...I ate 2 first courses...very good

23/09/2025: I have just had the worst meal ever in Italy. The salad was tasteless and the shrimp suspect, the hamburger was an inedible slab of freezer pressed meat. This place is good for a drink but I would rather eat anywhere else.

16/09/2025: This is a job that is not for everyone... the customer when he arrives at a place wants to be welcomed, at least... they look at you with the face of someone who does not want to see anyone that evening... not a smile, not a bit of kindness... excellent calling card for a historic place like yours!!

02/06/2025: Tempi infiniti per l' ordinazione e comunque servizio disorganizzato al massimo. Primo arrivato con un capello poi comunque rimandato indietro. Nel complesso cibo discreto. Non lo consiglio in maniera decisa.

05/05/2025: Horrible servicio. No nos sentaron porque no teníamos reservas. Así que salí, hice una reserva en línea y volví y les dije que tenía reservas. Nos sentaron, pero estaban claramente molestos. Esto es a pesar de que el restaurante nunca estuvo más de 2 / 3 lleno. El servicio era extremadamente lento, sacaban las cosas a diferentes horas, etc. Además, la comida era promedio, en el mejor de los casos. No muy sabroso. Gran decepción.

12/08/2025: The ice cream was melted as soon as it was on the cone and the scoops were tiny. When my daughter got given the wrong flavour of gelato - coconut - (which was a honest mistake and not an issue), instead of correcting his mistake and making new ice cream, the person behind the counter added the correct flavour on top of the wrong one. Coconut ice cream has a very specific texture that she really dislikes and since the ice cream was already half melted - they all mixed on the cone making it hard for her to enjoy it.

27/07/2025: Dopo aver aspettato 20 minuti e chiedo prima in cassa prima di ordinare le salse mi viene detto.che l avrebbe portato dopo arriva il pranzo e mi viene detto che la maionese è terminata senza parole insalata non condita solo olio portano a tavola..chiedendo del aceto mi viene riportata indietro e messo in cucina e riportato dopo 5 minuti sconsiglio questo posto.

27/07/2025: Siamo stati qui per cena, siamo arrivati nell’orario giusto prima del pienone..abbiamo preso 2 torte al testo, 1 vuota, 1 grigliata e patatine. Forse sarebbe meglio spiegare bene cosa si trova nei piatti, perché nella grigliata c’era già uno spicchio di torta. Un altro suggerimento: più pulizia!

21/06/2025: We went to this bar while on holiday near this town. The place is nice because there are many tables outside and it is pleasant to have breakfast outside. Breakfast ok but the surprise was when we looked at the receipt because it seemed a bit high. In practice they made us pay the beauty of 50 cents per person for table service, only because the tables are on the other side of the road. In all the bars where we have been that had the tables in the exact same way we have never paid any extra.. moreover the additional cost is not indicated anywhere. It seemed really absurd to us. So if we return to Gualdo Tadino we will choose another bar

28/05/2025: And it's one of those bars that make a fuss over a straw or a tissue or you can even see their face that seems boring when a child comes in for an ice cream or some crisps the bar is nice but often they have that cheekiness that is not liked. I don't recommend it
