The appetizer was tempura with mayonnaise and blueberry mayo. The pizzas instead were these Orto: the signature, awarded by Gambero Rosso as the best pizza 2024, a margherita base but enriched with other ingredients of the highest quality. Combining champagne and pizza is not easy but in this place they surprised me... Small but very nice place, the pizza (and not only) is excellent with refined and excellent quality ingredients. Excellent champagne proposal that covers all nuances of taste. The service is also very attentive, with a pinch of humor and conviviality which never hurts. To try and try again!!!

I divide the review into 3 sections: 1 FOOD: I give 5 stars because it is really delicious, we tasted two pizzas and a dessert, all really good. The pizza is a gourmet type, it arrives cut into wedges and on each wedge there are all the ingredients that are listed on the menu. It might almost seem like a fixed idea, but it's nice to taste all the flavors in every segment. I had a vegetable pizza and there was a fried artichoke on each slice. Truly a lot of attention and attention to detail, almost obsessive, I give 5 stars because moreover there is also a lot of quality of the ingredients. Compliments. 2 SERVICE: I give 4 stars and not 5 because everything was perfect except for the fact that the waiters started talking behind our backs asking if we were leaving in time to free the table for the next cover. And what's more, once they realized we could hear them, they went into the kitchen to continue talking. Extremely polite in the service, but I can honestly say that they were more insensitive than some restaurants I have been to. Overall I give 4 stars, but for the service and the cost they offer, we expect more. If you're not a regular customer, let's say it feels. 3 AMBIENCE: as above, I give 4 stars because we were there for the first time, they made us choose a table between two, and we were next to the fridge, and near the door. From the fridge you can feel the vibration all the way to the table, and the door is always left open by customers. Overall I give it a 4 because the environment is also extremely well looked after, very beautiful, and the attention to the customer can be perceived. But if to make two more seats the customer has to stay close to the refrigerator where the champagne is, and the waiters come to take the bottles really frequently, then locking and reopening with the key after each bottle (I really don't know why restaurant open, the fridge is locked, it seems there is a fear that bottles will be stolen from the fridge), the customer who is there, in this case it was myself, perceives that it is the worst place and you can feel it. I repeat, for a trattoria or a fast food restaurant or for simple places, these details could be overlooked and given 5 stars. For a place that puts all the pennants of the trophies won, even prestigious ones, on display on the door, and for the total cost of the dinner, we expect more. OVERALL: I can only express a positive opinion, we will certainly return for the quality of the food and to try other pizzas. You clearly spend a lot on pizzas, it's not your typical pizzeria, there are still improvements to be made, but it's certainly above average and worth trying.

Nice, cosy modern place. A Top50 pizzeria in Italy of 2023. Pizzas are really great quality, tasty and light(for a pizza), as dough is made properly. Ingredients are more classic or more unexpected, all taste wonderful! A wide selection of champagne to go with, which makes a nice combination. Service was somewhat slow at times, but it was not a problem.
