18/03/2025: [A Must-Try Restaurant in Pietralunga] My visit exceeded all expectations. What I ordered: - "Che Razzo di Parmigiano" - Trancio D'Ombrina, Crema di Barbabietola e Asparagi - Dolci della Casa: Millefoglie - Two soft drinks Each dish was carefully prepared and served warm. The balance of saltiness, crispiness, doneness, and sauce pairing was simply perfect! Although I was already full, I couldn't resist ordering dessert. Their millefoglie was a delightful surprise—light and airy, perfect for those who prefer a less heavy custard. I wish I had a second stomach! I'll definitely be back. A heartfelt thank you to Leonardo, Nadia, and Patrizio for their attentive and warm service. You made my experience truly special! My stay here was also a truly enjoyable experience.

01/01/2025: Set in front of the Lombard fortress, they combine modern and medieval charm. I recommend the fish, unusual in the heart of Italy but the skill of the chef and the first class products enhance the flavours.

31/12/2024: It's not the first time that while passing through Assisi I've stopped to eat at Fabio's. It's a routine that's been happening for 10 years now. Absolutely delicious porchetta sandwich. Top quality products. Very competitive raw material and the porchetta is the best in all of Assisi and the surrounding area. The raw sandwich is also very good.

01/01/2025: Excellent hotel in terms of services and rooms, but regarding the location it was a little difficult to get there even starting from towns like Gubbio and Perugia (in the evening) given that it was a little far away (about 30 minutes by car) and the road had few lights. But otherwise everything was very nice and pleasant and I recommend it to all those who find themselves going to sleep in that vicinity (Pietralunga)

23/03/2025: We were hosted in this beautiful structure with a rustic taste. Cozy, well-furnished rooms with beautiful countryside views. Convenient parking, the structure can be easily reached and within a few minutes you can visit the most beautiful villages in the area such as Spello, Assisi, Montefalco. Well varied breakfast with fresh local products. Don't miss having dinner, chef Ledy offers an excellent menu with a refined taste with proposals that, although representing the territory, are not at all obvious. Truly excellent. We left with the certainty of returning welcomed by the staff who really make you feel at home. A note that particularly struck us was that at dinner they made me find a dessert that I had talked about in the morning and which reminded me of my childhood and which I had never had the opportunity to eat again. An exquisite gesture from chef Ledy and her team.

25/02/2025: We had a great experience at this agriturismo. Sandro who runs it is a friendly and helpful person who manages with professionalism and kindness. Clean and very well-kept environment, it is located in the silence of the countryside surrounding Foligno and is quite close to the main roads to Foligno. Recommended by Sandro, we made some very interesting cultural visits. Thank you.

22/03/2025: The pizza is good but very very standard, no ingredients stand out for their goodness and quality! Half of my pizza was also burnt and the burnt taste in my mouth was annoying! For the rest everything is normal. Rating 7

12/03/2025: Family lunch with dog in tow. Everything excellent, very high quality ingredients. The bruschettas are really delicious, especially the one with the exceptional tartare! I would go back just to eat 10 more! Excellent truffle strangozzi and excellent meat too, we tried the pork stew which melted in your mouth and the excellent skewer! Special desserts, very good! Fair quality/price ratio.

02/03/2025: The place is nice, even if the table where we were sitting was dimly lit (the spotlight was pointing at the blow-up of the chef). The service was mixed (the waitress was rather cold and mechanical, the waiter was much friendlier; they forgot to bring us the bread - which was excellent - and we had to ask for it), the wait at the table was very long (partially understandable: it was Sunday lunch), luckily the dishes were all to our liking, demonstrating expertise in the combination of flavors and creativity while respecting tradition. Portions are not excessive, which was ideal for us as we get full easily. Therefore the general opinion is positive, with the intention of returning on a weekday, if there is the opportunity. Prices aligned with the quality of the dishes offered.

15/12/2024: We have already tasted so many ice creams in this region. But the ice cream from Liliana bar surpasses everything. Super fresh, special flavors and lots of choice. In addition to the delicious ice cream, it is a place with fantastic coffee and excellent service. The cornettos always fresh. We will continue to come here for years to come.

09/02/2025: After a beautiful Trek to Gengone, my 2 travel companions and I went to refresh ourselves in this restaurant in the center of Costacciaro, rustic, home-style cooking, a beautiful saloon-style wooden veranda, the interior with classic furnishings, clean and welcoming The staff is very helpful and kind, you feel at ease in this place The menu is varied, many raw materials are purely typical of the area, from truffles to game ragù, not to mention the local meats We tasted everything, the strong flavours, the homemade pasta, the cooking of the meat, everything was really good In the evening it is also possible to eat pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven The restaurant is located in an excellent position, close to the main artery, with a view of Monte Cucco Overall, we left very satisfied

30/12/2024: Pretty disappointed overall with everything! Environment remained as it was when I was a child and went there... 80s. The pizza was burnt on the edges (see photo), sour tomato. Avelle starter uncommentable. By tradition, we have taken the growth and also the disappointment. With poor quality products, cheap grass... in short, a disaster. At the modest price of 30 euros per person. I don't think I'll be back.

11/04/2025: This hotel is truly a gem. The location is great as it's right near St. Francis Cathedral, and it's perfect as it has a parking lot! And most of all, the attitude towards guests, from the receptionist to the parking management staff, is really attentive. I want to come back again because of this hotel. This hotel is truly a hidden gem. It's perfectly located just steps away from the Basilica of Saint Francis, and it even has its own parking lot—absolutely ideal! But what really sets it apart is the staff. From the receptionist to the parking attendant, everyone treats guests with such care and attention. Thanks to this hotel, I honestly want to come back again.
