28/01/2025: Ormai sono diventata una cliente affezionata ; quando ho voglia di pizza non potrei andare in nessun altro posto perchè avendone visitati moltissimi per me la pizzeria non vedo l'ora non ha eguali. Penso che il punto forza non sia solo l'impasto con la sua lunga lievitazione e la scelta di ingredienti genuini ma anche l'amore che il titolare e sua moglie mettono nel proprio lavoro. Il cibo che preparano e offrono è capace di trasformare in un'ondata di benessere la passione di chi in modo sapiente manipola ingredienti di alta qualità. Ieri sono stata a cena con un amico e mentre aspettavamo le nostre pizze parlavamo e ridevamo tantissimo...appena ci hanno portato i due piatti, già molto belli anche a vedersi, abbiamo dato il primo morso ci siamo ammutoliti. A pizza quasi finita abbiamo alzato gli occhi dal piatto e tornando a ridere abbiamo esclamato: " Questa è una pizza da meditazione ..dovrebbero inventare la categoria Pizze da Meditazione! 28/01/2025: Absolutely amazing pizza. Very high quality. When you have it on your plate and start eating it you enter a "silent and meditative" dimension in which all the cells of the body are attracted by the taste and flavors so good that they captivate you from the environment around you.

08/02/2025: ¡Qué gran parada para una comida cultural rápida! Estaba deambulando por la zona preguntándome qué comer y casualmente me di cuenta de lo que servían. El servicio fue genial y todos los que trabajan allí fueron tan amables conmigo a pesar de que había una barrera del idioma. También disfruté del ambiente divertido y auténtico y la decoración. Sin duda recomiendo este lugar a cualquiera de mis amigos que vienen a visitar Asís!

22/03/2025: Even though it was Saturday, there was no wait. Very good food and fresh fish. Friendly staff and especially massimo.

08/03/2025: Both the service and the friendliness of the staff were excellent. Both the pizza and the fried food are good. March 2025 Downgraded to two stars because it was an absurd evening. The fried starters arrived 15 minutes after our other friends had already finished their pizza; Furthermore, the Ascoli olives and cold fried onions arrived. After ten minutes and two reminders they told us that the pizzas would arrive in about ten minutes, whereupon we left. At the checkout, despite complaining about the poor service, they didn't even bother to at least remove the cover since we practically didn't eat anything apart from the fried foods or at least a minimum discount. Absurd

31/12/2024: venite a Norcia. se ci siete e cercate un posto dove degustare e acquistare prodotti tipici della norcineria vi stra-consiglio questa attività. non aspettatevi un ristorante o uno di quei locali,di gran moda adesso, che da negozio si trasformano in templi della gastronomia, dal banco al piatto. nulla di tutto questo ma una grandissima cortesia e competenza dei proprietari, unita agli eccezionali prodotti dell'Umbria vera e gustosa: tagliere di salumi e formaggi uno più buono dell'altro. prosciutto tagliato a mano di un'altra categoria! da bere birra artigianale umbra. semplice ed efficace! l'espressione reale di una tradizione assoluta. bravi!
