11/03/2026: Because we were staying in Gubbio for a week, we ended up at this pizzeria after a bit of searching. All the good reviews were more than justified. We had truly delicious pizzas. They certainly can't make pizzas this good in the Netherlands, and they're also considerably cheaper here! I opted for the slightly spicier "Hulk pizza" (see photo). It was truly delicious. After the pizza, I ordered a delicious dessert. I chose a delicious but rich meringue cake. My wife asked for a cappuccino, which shocked the owner. He explained that in Italy, cappuccino isn't supposed to be served after noon. We all had a good laugh about this unwritten Italian tradition 🤣, and then the owner brought my wife a delicious cappuccino. So, besides having a delicious meal, we also enjoyed the excellent and friendly service. We will definitely be back this week. Poiché eravamo a Gubbio per una settimana, siamo finiti in questa pizzeria dopo' di ricerche. Tutte le recensioni positive erano più che guustificate. Abbiamo mangiato delle pizze davvero deliziose. This means you don't have to worry about the pizza without having to wait a while, and you will still be happy with the economics! Ho optato per la "pizza Hulk" leggermente più piccante (vedi photo). Era davvero deliziosa. Dopo la pizza, ho ordinato un delizioso dessert. Ho scelto una deliziosa ma ricca torta meringata. Mia moglie ha chiesto un cappuccino, cosa che ha scioccato il proprietario. Ci ha spiegato che en Italia il cappuccino non si dovrebbe consumare dopo mezzogiorno. 27/10/2025: A place in an excellent location near the basilica, with a panoramic view, friendly staff, and excellent products. We only stopped for a drink on the way, but we'll be back.

12/10/2025: I visited La Cia restaurant in Gubbio and had a very positive experience overall, albeit with a few minor oversights that didn't ruin the meal. The restaurant is in a truly picturesque location, atop Mount Ingino, with a spectacular view of all of Gubbio. You can reach it either by car, via a convenient road and parking, or by cable car, which adds a scenic and distinctive touch to the experience. The atmosphere is refined, elegant but not stuffy, and the staff was friendly and helpful, although I would say that the wine was poured without us tasting it first, and the bread arrived only after the appetizers, rather than right at the beginning when we were seated. These are easily remedied oversights, but they didn't ruin the meal. The food, in fact, was excellent: dishes prepared with quality ingredients and beautifully presented. The appetizers were excellent, and the first courses were truly delicious, especially the truffle ones, flavorful yet balanced. The prices are in line with the restaurant's caliber and panoramic location, so they're reasonable. In conclusion, La Cia is a restaurant I recommend: the food is excellent, the view is wonderful, and in my humble opinion, with a little more attention to service, it could become truly perfect.

20/08/2025: Breakfast just outside the old village of Marsciano at the foot of one of the surrounding towers. A lovely place for an all-female management. The whole-wheat croissant with honey was delicious. The wines from local wineries are also quite good, perfect for aperitivo time.

26/08/2025: I've had the pleasure of dining at this bar-restaurant located in Po' Bandino several times, and I must say it's an excellent choice, especially for those in the area for work and looking for a place to eat well and in a reasonable amount of time. At lunchtime, they offer a full daily menu, including appetizers, first courses, second courses, and dessert, all at a moderate price and offering a good variety. But what really sets them apart is the open fireplace with embers lit daily: a real plus. Thanks to this constantly active grill, you can enjoy freshly cooked, tender, and flavorful meat, elevating the experience beyond typical "quick" lunches. The restaurant is simple yet elegant, with a welcoming atmosphere. The service is friendly, courteous, and quite quick, perfect for those pressed for time but still wanting a quality meal. Recommended for both a business lunch break and for those passing through the area looking for an authentic place with good food and a touch of warmth—literally!

06/04/2026: Bistro Restaurant located inside the residential complex of the historic Villa Parri located along the Via Modenese in the province of Pistoia in a welcoming and refined environment with a beautiful panoramic view of the Pistoia hills where tranquility and relaxation reign and where you can enjoy excellent dishes created by the renowned chef Franco Mazzi accompanied by a prestigious selection of wines and sparkling wines with a professional, kind and helpful service.

20/03/2026: A welcoming restaurant with friendly and attentive staff. The menu emphasizes the quality of seasonal ingredients, with the option of enjoying cooked dishes and delicacies from the "shop" section. Among the dishes we tried, we highlight the "soft egg with seasonal ricotta" and tagliatelle with wild asparagus, the latter exceptional in their simplicity. Excellent value for money. At the end of the dinner, one word: well done!

14/03/2026: When ordering the main courses, the wine was not listed, requiring a prompt before it was brought out to the table. White wine was served without a glass, which was requested twice before it arrived. The experience continued with the appetizer. I ordered a fruit giardiniera, which never arrived. Instead, a classic giardiniera arrived. I pointed out to the waiter that the one I received was a classic giardiniera, not a fruit one. I was told that the one I received was a fruit one (I've attached a photo), which left the whole table in disbelief. After a 50-minute wait between the appetizer and the main course at 10:20 PM (we'd been seated since 8:30 PM), and after a prompt for the dishes to be brought out, we decided to get up and leave. When asked for the bill, the head waiter was keen to point out that Saturdays are the way things work there, so "we take it easy." We concluded the dinner with two appetizers (one cold) and two main courses for €80 excluding wine. What we ate, however, was of mediocre quality. A negative note was given to the peanut "welcome" dish, which was truly unpleasant. The discount from TheFork booking was not applied.

02/03/2026: On our way back from Assisi, this place is very convenient, close to the Foligno Nord exit. Beautiful atmosphere, very friendly staff, and convenient parking. The four of us chose meat-based gastronomic options with different flavors, from appetizers to main courses, and we were all thoroughly satisfied. The quality of the ingredients was good, as was the presentation of the dishes and the service was informal yet attentive and unobtrusive. Excellent value. Recommended.
