15/07/2025: We chose this hotel as a base for our three-day vacation in the surrounding area. Large spaces and impeccable cleanliness. The building, while a bit dated, still offers excellent comfort. The owner was incredibly kind. The restaurant was excellent and honest.

07/07/2025: We stopped at this hotel to escape the heat of Foligno. Here time has stopped a few years ago but that's fine. the room except for the shower a bit so-so are spacious and clean. there is an outdoor pool which in the heat of summer is not bad. They have restaurant service and the food is decent. The place is quiet even if on the road but at a certain time no one passes by anymore. there is an outdoor veranda where you can have a coffee or an aperitif. the price is very good. I will gladly stop next time I travel.

But what made our dinner unforgettable was Anna's hospitality, who, with great kindness and sensitivity, took the time to find paper and colors for the son of a couple of friends who were staying with us to draw. It's rare to find a place where you truly feel at home, welcomed as a friend and not just a customer. At Osteria Valle, this truly happens. 03/07/2025: Everything was excellent, from the appetizer (burrata and truffle crouton). The cockerel alla diavola was truly remarkable (very tender with a delicious sauce). To finish, the tiramisu was delicious. Full marks!

01/05/2025: WOW! JUST WOW! My partner and I found this place randomly on the side of the road, thought we'd look inside for some lunch, and OH MY, how incredible it was! All natural and organic food, fair trade products, everything clean, fresh, and delicious :) I am gluten intollerant and have some food allergies, and we're both vegetarian. This place FAR exceeded our expectations, and we were blown away by the options and the high quality of food for a fair price, especially the GELATO! I had lentil soup, daikon and carrots, pumpkin, and black rice with vegetables, and my partner tried all that and arancini that were vegan, with peas and rice. We ended our meal with the incredible artisinal gelato. I had the dairy-free chocolate fondente and tried the orange, pumpkin, and carrot one that reminded me of carrot cake. It was some of the best gelato I ever had! We also had the pleasure of speaking with the owner Claudio, who organizes for Slow Food Perugia. He is truly passionate about his work and knows how to bring the insightful ideas about good, clean, and fair food into reality. We definitely will be coming back here many more times and even ordering delivery. We wish the gelato could be shipped XD ! If you're in Perugia, please don't miss this place!

01/05/2025: I didn't know the existence of this natural gastronomy and ice cream shop in Perugia. I was attracted by the name and decided to enter. The environment is simple and friendly, the owner is a respectable man, endowed with solid values ​​and a broad interdisciplinary and holistic knowledge. The cuisine is natural, simple in a good way and very attentive to the origin and quality of the products. You can also find vegan/vegetarian preparations and the ice cream is delicious and genuine. The food is good, clean and fair. It's not just a deli that sells food. It is a social, ecological and philosophical project. As a university student and gastronome I learned many things from the owner Claudio. In his project there is soul, passion and a clear vision. Regenerative or natural agriculture, as it is called today, is the future and Claudio is a conscious spokesperson and an active witness. I recommend this place to all people who wish to rediscover the true spirit of the Mediterranean diet, so often celebrated, but increasingly rare in restaurants or common delicatessens. I will gladly return.

17/05/2025: Very good is an understatement. A beautiful experience thanks to the kindness and thoughtfulness of the owner. We booked yesterday evening for lunch today, agreeing that she would prepare what she had. She only prepares fresh food that she buys day after day. Savory and sweet baozi mochi ravioli that you absolutely must try. Let her advise you. Among us there was a pescetarian who was super satisfied. There are also many tasty things for vegetarians. The room is small and very rustic but it makes this place special and characteristic. The coffee is also good. Thank you, we will return

11/07/2025: While organizing a motorbike tour with friends, I booked a table at this restaurant where I had already been. It was perfect. The guys complimented me on how we were "pampered." I pass on the compliments to the managers. Thank you.

01/06/2025: Kind service that understands when the kitchen creates embarrassment and should change profession. I'm really sorry, but if I went to the kitchen I would eat better. They brought us a meat that had gone bad, it smelled, kindly replaced with another cut and didn't charge for it. Too bad that, despite the kindness of the service, even the second meat was salty, the potatoes old and dry, ditto the shank, the artichokes boiled and tasteless, the gnocchi were opened from a bag and put in the sauce, the pizza offered dry, old and reheated. In short, we must have been unlucky or the chef was sick, but we ate very badly. It's no coincidence that the place was half empty. On the way out I had to get a sandwich because I was hungry. The place is then abandoned to itself outside tables with bird poop. Too bad because it has a wonderful view.
