27/08/2024: Dear owner, there is no point in defending the evidence. The truth is that you are unable, or are not structured, to cope with full houses. I was there on Sunday evening and I also waited 45 minutes (1 large mix of appetizers and 2 cresce). When multiple customers send signals... they must be collected. Don't reply and get to work to satisfy customers and enhance the business.

17/08/2024: I was in the restaurant for a good 50 minutes and the only food I saw was from the tables next door. We ordered a "Grand mix" and some beers. I was waiting for the dish for 45 minutes (I also have evidence of this wait). After complaining several times about the wait, I asked for the bill and the chef who was outside near the "oven" at that moment had the great nerve to complain openly as if we weren't there. Tell me if this is respect. I'm sorry because, moreover, the place has excellent respectful waiters, but an employee who indulges in comments made to customers is unacceptable. I have also worked in these environments and this is shameful.

09/08/2024: Personale non addetto a stare al pubblico. Ha trattato male, senza motivo, una ragazza mentre ero nel locale dicendole "fattela una tromb**** che ne hai bisogno" , mentre stava semplicemente ordinando un gelato. Non ho mai assistito ad una scena del genere, veramente imbarazzante al giorno d'oggi.

18/08/2024: I asked for two coffees, with a glass of water. The girl said she didn't have time and we could get a bottle directly. And very rudely he continued by saying, "I don't have time to do these things." And it didn't cost her anything to open a bottle and give us a glass of water. I don't understand the great effort it gave him but above all it's really bad to drink a coffee in a moment of relaxation and be treated like this with this acidity.
