I have eaten his Porchetta sandwiches in Piazza Mercato multiple times. They are the best. If you want an authentic Porchetta sandwich, this is the one.

Here you can get very tasty porchetta and other products made in-house. Porchetta is a specialty in Umbria and Lazio. Our favorite porchetta! Delicate, without spices that alter the taste and quality, simply excellent. We return to Umbria frequently and every time it is an obligatory stop. The lady at the counter was very nice and tidy. Compliments!
