08/01/2026: L'Aquilone is the place where every child would love to spend their holidays. Here, they spend happy days in the company of many friends, immersed in nature, playing lots of outdoor games. They have fun evenings and eat delicious food. Michele, Valeria, and Gabriele give all the kids so many wonderful experiences that will stay with them for years to come. It was truly a thrill for me, a former L'Aquilone child, to take my son to this unforgettable place and discover that, like me, he took home so much affection, laughter, and the desire to return for future summers. 05/01/2026: We sent our 11-year-old son to L'Aquilone for a week, aiming to strengthen his Italian language skills. The experience was extremely positive. He particularly enjoyed the many outdoor activities and the wonderful atmosphere at L'Aquilone. He felt welcomed and involved. As parents, what struck us most was the great kindness and attention shown by everyone who accompanied him during his stay. He returned enthusiastic, serene, and with wonderful memories, both human and linguistic. We sincerely thank Michele, Valeria, Gabriele, and Maria for their availability, care, and humanity. An experience we wholeheartedly recommend.

01/04/2026: I'd been there three years ago, and even before that. The quality has gotten worse and worse over time. Two starters, paccheri with lobster (€22, which wasn't worth it), tagliolini with clams and mussels (€16), a truly disappointing appetizer in terms of preparation and quality (it was a few days old), food in a half-liter bottle, water, a dessert, and coffee. €73.50. Let's say the price is reasonable for a fish meal, but the service and food quality just aren't there.

22/12/2025: We haven't been here in a while... but it's always a pleasure to return... and to rediscover the tasty, visually and palatably satisfying dishes prepared by Fabrizio. We found two "new" girls in the dining room, smiling, kind, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. Update December 2025... Osteria Bacerotti, Fabrizio, his staff, and the food he serves... Always a guarantee!!

06/10/2025: Magnificent, a haven of peace in the heart of Puglia. My partner and I stayed for three days for a wedding. The staff and service were excellent; they were attentive to their guests' every need. The only two minor drawbacks: the road was passable with a WRC car, unfortunately there's nothing they can do about it, but it's worth it, and the shower, which was dilapidated. Thanks again to Marco for his welcome.

It offers refined, top-quality coffee, at its best in its selection of whole beans, which you can grind to suit your needs (moka pot, espresso). Single-origin and refined blends ranging from more conventional flavors to gourmet treats. A vision of coffee that focuses on the quality of the raw materials and the craftsmanship (which, incidentally, is processed in its own roasting facility). Above-average prices... Above-average quality...

01/11/2025: I'm sorry to write this review!!! I did a lot of research to find a good place to spend time with my family, where you can eat Umbrian food!!! I was really disappointed!!! We had a large appetizer to share and it was fine for the quantity, but the way it was presented was awful!!!! Crostini with liver etc. with sliced ​​bread!!!!! Maybe I'm wrong but I've never seen it!!! Omelette and a savory pie with too much salt!!! The first courses had too much oil!! Super greasy!!!! The carbonara was not carbonara with a lot of super spicy pepper!!! The second course was left!!! I'm sorry, disappointed!!!!

28/01/2026: It's an old neighborhood bar with some decent draft beers and food. It's the kind of old that translates as character if you're from here. Pretty clean, even if your booth might be a bit rickety. Enjoyed my olive burger, the burger on special, and the onion rings, but not even "fancy" style brought the fries up to much. Quite liked the burger bun, which was more like a roll and delicious on its own!

14/12/2025: Food is awesome and a great place. Service is not friendly every time I go in. Bartender acts like she’s socially awkward and you see her huddled up to other employees talking. A bartender is your face. Bartenders are supposed to make the mood. Mayfair seems really really lonely because staff acts like they don’t want you there. The Watershed a half a block away in the other hand, the bartenders there will chat and go out of their way to SERVE you. They even come from behind the bar to tables when they aren’t busy for a spell to check on you. I want to like this bar, but the mood is so damn depressing. With good music and friendly staff I can see this place drawing huge crowds. Instead it’s like they want to be the barfly bar that the 5 regulars own.

02/03/2026: On our way back from Assisi, this place is very convenient, close to the Foligno Nord exit. Beautiful atmosphere, very friendly staff, and convenient parking. The four of us chose meat-based gastronomic options with different flavors, from appetizers to main courses, and we were all thoroughly satisfied. The quality of the ingredients was good, as was the presentation of the dishes and the service was informal yet attentive and unobtrusive. Excellent value. Recommended.

11/03/2026: Because we were staying in Gubbio for a week, we ended up at this pizzeria after a bit of searching. All the good reviews were more than justified. We had truly delicious pizzas. They certainly can't make pizzas this good in the Netherlands, and they're also considerably cheaper here! I opted for the slightly spicier "Hulk pizza" (see photo). It was truly delicious. After the pizza, I ordered a delicious dessert. I chose a delicious but rich meringue cake. My wife asked for a cappuccino, which shocked the owner. He explained that in Italy, cappuccino isn't supposed to be served after noon. We all had a good laugh about this unwritten Italian tradition 🤣, and then the owner brought my wife a delicious cappuccino. So, besides having a delicious meal, we also enjoyed the excellent and friendly service. We will definitely be back this week. Poiché eravamo a Gubbio per una settimana, siamo finiti in questa pizzeria dopo' di ricerche. Tutte le recensioni positive erano più che guustificate. Abbiamo mangiato delle pizze davvero deliziose. This means you don't have to worry about the pizza without having to wait a while, and you will still be happy with the economics! Ho optato per la "pizza Hulk" leggermente più piccante (vedi photo). Era davvero deliziosa. Dopo la pizza, ho ordinato un delizioso dessert. Ho scelto una deliziosa ma ricca torta meringata. Mia moglie ha chiesto un cappuccino, cosa che ha scioccato il proprietario. Ci ha spiegato che en Italia il cappuccino non si dovrebbe consumare dopo mezzogiorno. Ci siamo fatti tutti una bella risata su questa tradizione italiana non scritta 🤣, e poi il proprietario ha portato a mia moglie un delizioso cappuccino. Quindi, as a past delizioso, abbiamo and apprezzato l'eccellente and cordial service. Torneremo sicuramente questa settimana.
