23/03/2025: We booked with the fork (20% discount), this is the premise to tell you that compared to other restaurants we were treated like "normal" customers and this already made them start off on the right foot. The place is really beautiful with exposed stones and old agricultural tools from the past hanging almost everywhere and above all free of dust. Let's get to the food... anything I say will never make you understand the sublime experience we had. Rediscover the flavors of the past in pappardelle with chopped meat, or in semolina gnocchi without potatoes, delicious. Not to mention the cured meats produced by them... exceptional. And then the old-fashioned trifle made with a torcolo like our mothers used to make. The service is impeccable, the guys are very kind and affable. In short, we will return to try the meat and recommend it because it is truly fantastic to eat here.

06/04/2025: I'll start by saying that the review I'm leaving is from a chef's point of view... The pizza looks very inviting, it's well cooked and particularly crumbly. Above all, the balance of flavors is really well balanced; you can sense that whoever prepared it knows what they are doing, with excellent attention to detail. It's really good, it deserves a 9, I don't give 10 because it's an incentive to continue looking for a high quality product.

07/01/2025: The structure, although dated, is in excellent condition, equipped with a lift, the staff are friendly and kind, full of advice and directions, the food is excellent and the prices are low. The property is located in a very quiet area and you can enjoy peace and serenity, well connected by an excellent road.

22/12/2024: I went there today with my group for the archery competition. We only ate a quick pizza, but we found courtesy, professionalism and a lot of kindness. The building is positioned in the midst of so much nature that it takes your breath away. I'll be back for lunch or dinner, I'll definitely change the review later.
