I left Brindisi to come here on May 1st and stayed until today, Sunday, May 3rd. Impeccable service, a perfect room with all the comforts. I would definitely return in the future.

I've been going there for years now, and I have to say it maintains a good level of cleanliness and organization. So I continue to recommend it. The restaurant staff are the strong point; I personally always eat at Il Roseto, and I can only praise them for their friendliness and professionalism. Congratulations.

Always excellent service, the receptionist is very friendly and professional, the breakfast staff are always ready to accommodate any needs, and the maitre d' is attentive and accommodating. The rooms are clean, the only downside is the WiFi connection isn't always good in the rooms, but that's understandable for such a large property.

Excellent location, with ample outdoor parking, a warm welcome at the reception, a clean and spacious room, and an excellent international breakfast, even though it was served underground compared to the restaurant.

I stayed at this hotel and had a truly positive experience. The breakfast is rich and varied, with fresh, quality products: there's something for everyone, from sweet to savory. Dinner was also excellent, with well-prepared dishes and attentive service. Special thanks go to the two waiters, always kind, helpful, and smiling, who made the stay even more pleasant with their professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, good food, and a warm welcome.

My family and I stayed at this hotel over the Easter long weekend, but unfortunately, the experience was decidedly negative. The rooms are very dated and in dire need of renovation. I would describe the cleanliness and food as average, with no particular positives. The only truly positive aspect was the bar service, where the staff was kind and professional. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the reception, where we encountered rude and unfriendly behavior. The most serious incident occurred on Easter Monday: we got stuck in the elevator (there were seven of us, respecting the designated capacity). Despite our attempts to call for help, no one intervened. Considering that I suffer from claustrophobia and have heart problems, it was a truly distressing experience. We were only able to get out thanks to the intervention of my husband and another guest, who forced the door. Even worse was the fact that, once we left, no staff took action to check on the situation or provide assistance. Add to this the practically nonexistent Wi-Fi connection and poor network coverage. In conclusion, a disappointing stay in many respects. I personally would not recommend this property, and my rating is decidedly low.

A very convenient hotel located behind the Sanctuary. The rooms are simply furnished and very clean. The staff is welcoming and courteous, and the breakfast is excellent, with an excellent selection of sweet and savory options. Ample and convenient parking is available on-site, with easy access.

I stayed only one night, without trying the hotel's restaurants or breakfast. However, the hotel's location is truly inconvenient! It's located behind the church of Santa Rita, and from there it's a very easy walk to the center. There's also a small parking lot for parking. The room was clean, very nice, and cozy, with a beautiful view of the valley. The only downside was the location; it was near the service stairs, and there were probably some engines or exhausts nearby, which made some noise at night. Otherwise, it was an excellent hotel.

Ask where to get there if you're driving, because the logistics are, to say the least... peculiar. Ask for the radiators to be turned on if it's cold, and hope the boiler doesn't seize up like it did today. Hope the elevator works (it didn't yesterday, and today it didn't...), because breakfast is three floors down. Otherwise, the staff is friendly, and the location is strategic, even if Cascia isn't New York. Let's just say it's seen better days, but with a little adjustment, it'll be fine.
