Good quality Japanese chinois.
The atmosphere is a bit noisy. Excellent for a light yet nutritious lunch. The staff is friendly and attentive. Prices are good. I recommend it.
02/03/2026: A good sushi restaurant, it has options you can't find elsewhere, and I loved every dish I tried.
I hope they add rice dumplings in the future, and then it will be my favorite sushi restaurant!
Good waiters, quiet place with plenty of tables.
The price is a little higher than other restaurants because I spent €25.50 for lunch, but there's no limit on one piece of sashimi, so it's worth the price.

27/01/2026: We didn't stay at the hotel, so I can't say anything about the rooms, but the spa is magnificent. It's very large and has multiple levels, and it's immaculately maintained. It offers excellent value for money.
We've been regulars ever since we discovered it.

We stayed a few days before Christmas and were welcomed and pampered by the professional and friendly staff. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made our stay unforgettable. Surrounded by priceless works of art, you walk through corridors that feel like art galleries. The wellness area is a citadel that accompanies you on journeys of pleasant relaxation. The pools are enchanting, not least for the views they offer of the enchanting Gubbio sunsets.
The cuisine was also excellent, from breakfast to dinner, featuring traditional products, but above all, carefully selected, and much of it homemade! A highly recommended experience; we'll be back!

A charming and welcoming place, facing the Basilica, with kind and attentive staff. We ate divinely. They even offered us a complimentary amaro, a gesture from another era!

20/02/2026: Beautiful restaurant, elegant setting in a former spa. I'd say the food quality was excellent, well-served and on time. Generous portions. We had dinner as a couple and ate fish.
Cons: The price was a bit steep considering that the two of us had two fish appetizers and two seafood spaghetti, one water, and one bottle of prosecco for a total of €95. The waiter taking orders was embarrassing, I'd say. When I asked "What are octopus alla Luciana?" he froze and after a few seconds replied "cooked octopus"!
A good experience, but we'll be back.
06/02/2026: We had a family lunch, eating fish. Everything was delicious, generous portions, and the fish was delicious! We're already planning on going back...

18/02/2026: This morning I stopped at this service station for breakfast. I was served an excellent cappuccino by a lovely girl (I think her name is Marilena). Even though it was 5:00 a.m. and I imagine she was tired from a long night shift, she chatted with me. She was very kind and friendly...

08/12/2025: Decent food, impeccable service. As soon as we got to the table, we asked the waitress to change the tablecloth, otherwise she would have left the one where they had already eaten. The appetizers arrived at different times, the wait was incredibly long for the main courses, and when we asked for an explanation, no waiter showed any interest; then it turned out that the order had been lost. To forget.

01/03/2026: We found it by chance and called without knowing. We introduced ourselves and discovered it was a takeaway with an adjoining dining room where they allowed food and drinks. I'd say it was a pleasant surprise. The pizzas were good, the service was good, and the mixed fried foods were also good, although, in our opinion, they'd slightly overcharged us, since we'd first complimented them and then asked for more, so they obviously "ripped us off." I should point out that the second order wasn't listed on the menu because we asked for a specific product (chili pepper and ricotta). But it's just a feeling....still good.
