A beautiful facility with a favorable location. The cuisine is excellent, using products that reflect the local area. The wait staff is courteous and attentive. In a facility like this, I don't understand why the spa is considered a separate item. It almost seems to create a dichotomy between guests of a 4-star hotel and a 5-star one. Furthermore, offering the spa for half a day at 50 euros per person is a limiting option. Some guests would like to finish their massage with an hour of spa services. In our case, we had booked four massages. This hybrid identity is also evident in the total lack of services for families, despite the large number of families who frequent the facility. It's nice, but you should consider what you want to do when you grow up.

We didn't stay at the hotel, so I can't say anything about the rooms, but the spa is magnificent. It's very large and has multiple levels, and it's immaculately maintained. It offers excellent value for money. We've been regulars ever since we discovered it.

A magical stay! We stayed a few days before Christmas and were welcomed and pampered by the professional and friendly staff. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made our stay unforgettable. Surrounded by priceless works of art, you walk through corridors that feel like art galleries. The wellness area is a citadel that accompanies you on journeys of pleasant relaxation. The pools are enchanting, not least for the views they offer of the enchanting Gubbio sunsets. The cuisine was also excellent, from breakfast to dinner, featuring traditional products, but above all, carefully selected, and much of it homemade! A highly recommended experience; we'll be back!

The hotel has a great location and is a really beautiful building. The facilities are good, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, and they make an effort to offer healthy options. Unfortunately, it's not clear where the eggs, ham, fruit, etc., come from. A declaration indicating whether the food is locally produced or organic would be desirable. Another point to consider: For travelers without children or those who prefer adults-only rooms, a weekday stay is recommended. On Saturday nights, there are many families with children of all ages. This noticeably increases the noise level, especially around the pool and in the rooms in the evening. Designating hallways and rooms as adults-only would be advisable. Overall, we would come back. The positives outweigh the negatives!
