First time at Trattoliva, very friendly, polite and professional staff, excellent quality food and atmosphere.

After a long time, we finally tried this restaurant for dinner. Overall, we had a good time, but there were some things that could be improved. The service was very friendly but a bit disorganized. The mixed platter was very good, as were the first courses. The desserts could be improved. The prices were a bit high for what we ate.

We were here at the beginning of June as part of a cycling tour on the "Ciclabile" between Bevagna and Spoleto. The rental company had recommended the restaurant to us, and we reserved a table for lunch that morning. When we arrived, we had to wait five minutes, but then we were shown to our table. We could choose between inside and outside, but out of habit, we stayed outside. However, it's pleasantly air-conditioned inside, and in retrospect, I would have preferred to sit inside. We each ordered an antipasto (frittura di carciofi & tagliere), which was good in itself. Both pasta dishes, including the one with local summer truffles, were very tasty. Only the lamb chops were too dry. It's a relatively simple dish to prepare, and it simply needs to be done right. In total, the three of us spent over €120 (and we didn't have any wine, only beer), which isn't cheap for this region.

We had lunch today at an outdoor table, overlooking the Clitunno springs. The place was very well-maintained, with pleasant background music, prompt service, and kind and attentive staff. We ate veal and tuna tartare: delicious; fried cod: ordinary but piping hot and without oil; umbricelli with truffle: hand-rolled with plenty of grated truffle (no truffle sauce); semifreddo with oil: exceptional; tiramisu: delicious. Each dish was presented with care and elegance. Congratulations, I absolutely recommend this place. Thank you.

We chose this place almost by chance. We were greeted by the wait staff with empathy, kindness, and politeness. She gave us the option of choosing an outdoor table from three available. We were pampered and served with extreme professionalism and kindness. The food was absolutely excellent, the service was attentive and meticulous. The rest of the staff was also very efficient and courteous. A special thanks to Sara, who was truly impeccable. We'll be back as soon as we're in the area. I think dining here would be even more unique; the outdoor area, plus the indoor dining rooms, will definitely be even more special in the evening. Thank you, and see you soon!!! Alessandro

We were here for Easter lunch, and I must admit that, for a holiday (when restaurants often have subpar food), the quality of the set menu was very high: we ate really well. Kudos also to the waitress, who was truly kind, attentive, and helpful. I'm taking one star off the menu only for the handling of the off-menu item for our 3-year-old daughter. Since she couldn't order the set menu, she was served a very small plate of cured meats and a pasta dish with meat sauce. The problem was the final bill for these courses: decidedly exorbitant. We were even charged an extra bottle of water for her, when she simply drank the adult water already included in our menus. Paradoxically, it would have been more convenient to have her order the full set menu. It's a shame about this lack of attention to detail, which ruined an otherwise excellent lunch.

The atmosphere is exceptionally friendly, and the cuisine focuses heavily on quality ingredients without resorting to overly sophisticated menus. Everything is perfect, from appetizers to dessert. Fair prices.
