01/10/2025: Despite its predominantly tourist clientele, this is a very authentic restaurant! The owner cooks divine, regionally typical food. She speaks English, German, and French and, together with the owner's daughter, takes great care of their guests. The recommended wines were all excellent. We were thoroughly delighted. Thank you!

The cuisine is excellent, with tasty and carefully prepared dishes. The pool is well-equipped, perfect for relaxing in total comfort. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean, ideal for a relaxing stay. 10/10/2025: Cozy and elegant restaurant. Must book a reservation ahead of time! Soup of the house (zuppa di casa) - vegeterian with lentes, beans, garbanzo seeds, groats - excellent!! Very good courses - traditional pasta with truffle (mushroom) and traditional pasta with tomato and basil. Excellent local sagrantino wine (2020). Grilled vegetables - not in the league of other courses.

29/10/2025: A unique experience. If you want to eat truffles—and I capitalize them for a reason—you have to go to this restaurant. The staff is courteous, kind, and welcoming, and the owner is a true master of the art. It's a truly unique place, and the food is excellent. The only downside is the journey; getting to the restaurant is a bit of a hassle, but it's worth it. Highly recommended.

05/08/2025: It was a super pleasant discovery... a very nice place and a place that makes you feel at home... super food, the Umbrian appetizer is a marvel both to see and to eat... exceptional tagliata, tender and perfectly cooked, which is not always easy... I must say that the host is very friendly and makes you feel at home right away... we will definitely be back...

21/07/2025: We went for lunch on Sunday for the first time. The restaurant is nestled in the countryside and has a lot of character inside. The menu is varied and original, featuring homemade yet sophisticated dishes. At the suggestion of the charming Simone, I opted for the BBQ ribs: highly recommended. I've never tasted such tender meat, and the quality of the ingredients is top-notch. I also recommend the delicious focaccia. The restaurant's originality is greatly appreciated. Congratulations to Simone and his colleagues. We'll definitely be back.
