The food is excellent, and you can sense genuine care in every bite: from the breadstick to the welcome plate to the compositions of the dishes, everything is crafted with taste and creativity. The chef's original creations, ingredients paired in surprising yet harmonious ways, are a true highlight. Thanks also to the very kind and attentive waitress, who makes the atmosphere even more pleasant.

The staff was super friendly and quick, the entrees were well-seasoned and in just the right quantities, and the meat and side dishes were excellent! Even though the place was busy, the waiters managed their time and were extremely kind. We'll definitely be back!

Top-quality ingredients cooked to perfection, rustic and friendly atmosphere. Excellent Umbrian appetizers, truly delicious meat, and succulent first courses served in a pan. Excellent desserts. 11/05/2026: The place is beautiful, charming and somewhat old, even though it was recently renovated. We were greeted impeccably. The menu is varied but not overwhelming, with many traditional dishes. The staff and owners are so kind that when one of our guests asked for pennette al pomodoro, they not only prepared it right away, but also offered it to us! The traditional dishes are exceptional, especially the tagliatelle with truffle. The desserts and cheeses are also delicious. The wine list is extensive and the prices are reasonable.

The presentation of the dishes was also impeccable, elegant, and tasteful. The service was warm, welcoming, and professional from start to finish, making us feel truly welcome. Despite the restaurant being very busy, the atmosphere remained intimate and pleasant, almost family-like. A place that manages to combine the highest quality and true hospitality. The gorgeous day allowed us to sit outside, and from there, everything was a pleasure. We were warmly welcomed and served with attention and professionalism: we felt truly pampered. The dish that everyone raved about? The strangozzi cacio e pepe with truffle, a true delight. It was one of those tables where you laugh, eat well, and never want to leave. We'll be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
