We also had the pleasure of eating in addition to staying there... well, we can't say anything other than complimenting everything, it was very, very good... unfortunately, the winter months didn't allow us to use the pool, but we'll be back... it's a real peace of mind... a family atmosphere, isn't it possible to give it 6 stars?

28/03/2026: I think it's the place to eat well if you're visiting Santa Rita or even Cascia, since it's just a few minutes away. Excellent local food, excellent service, and the owner, Fabio, is always attentive to his guests' needs and professionalism. The location is beautiful, with a fireplace and windows overlooking the small stone village and the Santa Rita rock. Highly recommended!

A refined yet understated restaurant, where Umbrian tradition truly takes center stage, not only in the menu but also in the flavors. Well-executed dishes, quality ingredients, and just the right portions: you eat well, without frills or compromises. Friendly and attentive service, with timely delivery even at peak times. You can sense the attention paid to the customer, which is far from a given. The atmosphere deserves special mention: warm, intimate, perfect for both a relaxed dinner and a special occasion. Absolutely balanced quality/price ratio. A place you'll gladly return to... and where you immediately understand that the cuisine is made with passion.

09/03/2026: My partner and I went to "Granaro del Monte" in Norcia to enjoy a Wonderbox—a gift voucher that included a tasting of local cured meats, which were simply exquisite. However, we wanted to complement this tasting with two courses and a side dish: a first course, a second course, and a portion of baked potatoes. For my first course, I chose tagliolini with black truffle, which were wonderful; my partner had a delicious meat-based second course. We thought the price of the tagliolini with truffle was a bit too expensive: €28.00 was more than the value of the tasting for two people (€24.90 for two glasses of wine and a platter of 4-5 types of local cured meats plus plain bread), and it was undoubtedly the most expensive first course I've ever eaten in my life! It was a unique experience, but I wouldn't order a black truffle first course in the future!

The place is meticulously cared for, and the customer service is phenomenal. I've been a customer for a while now, but I'll never stop recommending it. ❤️
