24/01/2025: Accogliente,clima familiare,tradizione e innovazione, ambiente caldo e rilassante,nei piatti solo prodotti eccellenti che sprigionano sapori di altri tempi e l'amore per la preparazione.il tutto coadiuvato dalla presenza discreta e mai invadente in sala di Andre e Luca entrambi consiglieri essenziali per cibo e vino.nella mia sosta in Umbria ci sono stato 2 volte in 4 giorni.vorrei trovare un aggettivo che possa racchiudere tutta la mia piacevolissima esperienza,ma credo che col mio dialetto posso dire:" È a fine ro munno".ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e consigliatissimo.

08/02/2025: Location rustica, ma molto accogliente con un grande camino, che usano anche per cucinare una mortadella buonissima. Perfetto per il pranzo della domenica con un menù ricco (antipasto, 2 primi, 3 secondi, contorno e dolce) a 35€ con piatti saporiti e sfiziosi e porzioni giuste, e se si ha ancora fame fanno sempre anche il ripasso!

15/04/2025: We found this little place by chance, cozy, homely, with delicious food! Homemade gnocchi and fettuccine with venison ragù😍. The gentleman who welcomed us was super hospitable and very polite and served us divinely!

07/04/2025: Locale prenotato dai miei colleghi , all’inizio ero scettico ma mi sono ricreduto . Lo Chef del locale che è anche il gestore e’ una persona estroversa , simpatica e molto disponibile , attenta alle necessità del cliente. Il locale è carino, arredato in uno stile rustico ma non povero. Il menù è ampio e i prodotti tutti freschissimi sono principalmente a Km zero , provenienti da allevamenti e produttori locali . Le paste tutte artigianali , vengono preparate da loro . Ottimo il mix degustazione antipasti , eccellente l’agnello scottadito , ben cotto ma tenerissimo . Ampia la carta dei vini che ben si accostano su suggerimento del titolare alle portate servite . Solo un piccolo appunto da fare sui bagni che per quanto puliti e in ordine credo andrebbero ristrutturati e rivisti per essere in linea con quanto detto . Conto in linea con quanto mangiato .

09/03/2025: Cibo di qualità, piatti ben serviti e menù molto variegato! Ci hanno servito vari tipi di pane fatti da loro, che erano ancora caldi, accompagnati da una vellutata molto buona. Soddisfatti anche della scelta dei vini. I camerieri molto professionali e cortesi! È sicuramente un posto dove ritorneremo

02/04/2025: A place that is about 15 minutes by car from Todi, but it is really worth it. The outside may raise doubts, but the 3 internal rooms are really comfortable and characteristic. Wide choice of wines. We had the mixed cheese appetizer, really good. For the first course we had the chestnut cream soup, special. Instead for the second course the sliced ​​beef with truffles and a side of herbs, really excellent. We also had the dessert to finish, there are no words to describe it. Excellent service. Quality price - food excellent. Highly recommended

An oasis of peace and serenity, the intimate and welcoming restaurant, with a retro look, offers typical Umbrian cuisine with a unique flavour. It is now a fixed stop for us, from Sicily, to come and visit you at least once a year. Over the years it has never disappointed us, on the contrary, everything has always been perfect. Hospitality, care of the guest, respect for privacy, and amazing cuisine make you a place worthy of the beauty of the village. TOP!

09/03/2025: A fantastic truffle-based experience, high prices but in line with the quality offered. The manager is always super friendly, both in the restaurant and in the shop. We went on the occasion of Women's Day, and the manager gave all the ladies a very kind gift. The waiter was also kind and friendly, like the rest of the staff we met. You can really feel the passion that the manager has for his place and for his customers. Instead, speaking of dishes, they offered us a small entree, which was very good. We then had the tartare with the prized black truffle, which was an explosion of flavours, from the truffle, to the meat and the spices that were combined. As a first course, a gnocco and a tagliolini. Right portions, in fact I was even full! An experience you absolutely must try if you want to taste excellent quality truffles! I also recommend the shop if you want to bring some good truffles home. Highly recommended, we will be back. In total we spent €155 including cover charge, water, a glass of wine and coffee.

17/03/2025: Ho pranzato in questo ristorante insieme alla mia famiglia ed è stata una piacevole scoperta! Ne avevo sentito parlare molto bene ed ero incuriosita; devo dire che le aspettative sono state ampiamente confermate! Assolutamente da provare è la mattonella con il paté, il migliore che abbia mai mangiato! Ottimi anche i primi, tutti rigorosamente fatti a mano, dagli gnocchi alle tagliatelle! Anche i secondi non hanno deluso. Come dolce consiglio il cirore caldo, eccezionale!!! La proprietaria è molto accogliente e ci tiene a farti sentire come se fossi a casa! Torneremo presto!!!

09/02/2025: What can I say.....everything was excellent!!! Maria was the perfect hostess, kind, witty, always smiling!!! Giorgione was very helpful. What can I say about dinner?? Just the appetizer was a riot of delicacies that just looking at them made your mouth water. The apartment where we stayed was very large and delicious in a splendid, very well-kept building. Well done everyone, congratulations!!!!!

12/03/2025: Devo dire che non è facile trovare una magistrale tecnica di esecuzione (penso alla crema di broccolo viola per il benvenuto dello chef) insieme ad una attenta scelta delle materia prime (penso alle fettuccine al tartufo, ma anche alla tartare) insieme ad una estrema attenzione nel portare a tavola (penso alla cloche sollevata davanti al mio naso per le mie fettuccine al tartufo) insieme ad una presentazione che mi fa capire che nello chef c'è grande gioia nel fare (penso alla mia tartare, pazzesca!...). E se tutto questo è in una cittadina della provincia umbra, assolutamente gradevolissima ma fatalmente più esposta ad un turismo leggermente meno consapevole... Beh.. Allora... Chapeau ! Personalmente preferisco l'apparecchiatura con tovaglia per ragioni igieniche ma il piano di cristallo mi dava grandi sensazioni di igiene; in effetti anche più di una tovaglia quindi... super-promosso! Tavolo grande (non il 60x60...), finalmente un ristorante dove si possono scambiare due parole in santa pace; ambiente forse leggermente ricercato ma ci stava... Superlativa la scelta di vini al calice! Posso dirvi che se siete di Roma questo ristorante vale il viaggio! Questa ristorazione mi ha parlato di vocazione. Io ci tornerò perché... vale il viaggio, e grazie anche da Michela !

02/03/2025: Come non dare il massimo del punteggio ad un ristorante del genere!!!!! Ristorante delizioso, abbiamo ricevuto in regalo il menù degustazione della campagna; 5 portate una più gustosa dell’altra sapientemente preparate dallo chef e narrate dai proprietari. Narrate perché sono state vera poesia per la vista e per il palato . Tutto ottimo, accompagnato da un vino delizioso. A fine cena mi è stata regalata una pergamena contenente una ricetta dello chef. Quindi siamo stati coccolati. Esperienza da provare
