Today we had lunch at this sandwich shop. The cured meats were top-notch, especially the Folignate and Norcino. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants an excellent sandwich with top-quality cured meats and cheeses and wants to spend a reasonable amount on traditional products.

Highly recommended, just steps from the Duomo, with excellent quality products. I highly recommend trying their specialty, pulled porchetta, simply one of the best sandwiches I've ever had.

They use leftover charcuterie to create a dish bathed in olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes, and a touch of truffle—a truly unique and delicious combination! One small detail: it's a sandwich shop, so they don't serve you; you have to order everything at the bar, but it's very friendly. Excellent!
