19/10/2025: We were here for brunch: everything on the table was beautifully presented: fruit, sweets, jam, butter, various types of bread, muesli, yogurt, various drinks, cheese, cold cuts, salmon (excellent quality) – simply delicious. We were asked what we wanted to drink: coffee, tea, chocolate... Freshly prepared egg dishes: hard-boiled or soft-boiled eggs, egg omelets, fried eggs with bacon, or whatever you wanted. You could always get seconds. Highly recommended. Very nice, friendly service, the ambiance was lovely and really pleasantly quiet.

Semplice e cordiale accoglienza, ottimo cibo, grande vista, bella chiesetta.
I migliori canederli della vacanza, molto buono tutto il resto ad un prezzo più che onesto.
10/03/2024: Very nice family run restaurant, cosy environment, great views and traditional home made food. Owners polite and friendly. Will definitely be back.

Abbiamo pranzato con tris di canederli burro e formaggio, cappucci insalata con speck, birra e caffè. Buon cibo, servizio veloce e cordiale. Forse prezzi un poco alti...

27/06/2026: We stopped by while waiting for the bus to eat. The people in the restaurant were very friendly, the quality of the food was good and the food was really cheap. Compared to the tourist places we visited in the mountains it was at least twice cheaper for the same quality. If you're travelling from Bolzano by bus and need to find a place to eat and sit while waiting for a bus, this is a perfect place!

11/11/2024: Ich kenne den Gasthof seit 1970. An der ursprünglichen Art hat sich nichts geändert. Stand früher Mama Stieger in der Küche, ist es heute Tochter Rita mit ihrem Mann. Josef der Bruder bedient die Gäste. Wer Wellness und Apres ski möchte, ist hier fehl am Platz. Wer allerdings Südtirol pur erleben möchte ist sehr gut aufgehoben. Das Essen ist hervorragend, die Zimmer etwas für Retro Freunde. Für mich immer wieder ein Reiseziel
21/08/2024: Sauberkeit: Auf allen Tischen wurden die Stofftischdecken mit durchsichtige Plastiktischdecken bedeckt. Die waren schmutzig.
Bedienung: Wir mussten die Bedienung suchen und fanden sie in der Küche im Gespräch mit einem Herren.
Terrasse: Es war ein wunderschöner Tag, wir hätten gerne auf der Terrasse Platz genommen, jedoch waren alle Tische und Stühle nass, offensichtlich hat niemand die Zeit gefunden sie zu trocknen.
Ambiente: in den sechziger Jahren stehen geblieben.
