23/10/2025: Very live worms in the tightly closed bag! Send details and photos to customer service, implying that it is a conservation problem but the bag was still new! He wanted to offer us samples but NO thank you, never again!

11/08/2025: We were nearly run off the road near Schlanders by one of Capone Food’s vans. Extremely dangerous and irresponsible driving — a real disgrace. I would never trust a company that allows their drivers to behave like this.

18/07/2025: I can't say anything about your products, but your supplier or representative is a nuisance on the road...overtaking on double barrier lines, etc....a danger to all road traffic!!!

09/10/2025: We spent a wonderful week here as a family in the Luxury Panorama Suite. The view is simply unique, surrounded by nature, and you can immediately unwind. You rarely find the peace and quiet you find here. The rooms are very spacious and new, and the sunny balcony invites you to relax. The breakfast is delicious and the dinner is also really good. Our highlights were the schnitzel, the spinach lasagna, and the Kaiserschmarrn (sweet pancakes). Thanks also to the entire service team. Best regards!

06/10/2025: We spent two weeks at Ansitz Velseck and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The location on the mountain with a stunning view of the Catinaccio is stunning, whether from the room, the terrace, the pool, or the sauna. The hikes and mountains in the surrounding area are a dream. For the peace and quiet and the view, you'll gladly drive or walk the narrow road from the Tiers valley up the mountain. Our room was spacious, high-quality, and very comfortable to stay in when the weather is bad. The sauna and pool area were fantastic. We had dinner several times and enjoyed breakfast and found the food very good, although the selection could be a bit larger. The service was good, the team was friendly, and the chef was a real character with strong opinions, but always had good tips on hikes and wines. A fantastic place to hike and relax.

04/10/2024: Sehr sympathischer Service, leckerer und frischer Kaiserschmarn sowie ein selbstgenrannter, offerierter Schnaps zum Schluss verlangen gerade zu nach einer Weiterempfehlung.

15/08/2024: Prenotato due ore prima delle 12... 15 agosto. Trovato posto subito perché non è molto conosciuto....e menomale Piatti di qualità abbondanti e ottimo servizio Poca scelta ma ottimi i piatti proposti. Piccolo parco giochi x bambini Parcheggio non visibile subito si trova dietro la stalla Cani ben accetti.

11/09/2023: Un luogo incantato dove il corpo ritrova la sua pace e relax...quello che uno chiede da una vacanza in montagna...hotel situazione nella zona alta di Bressanone con tutta la città sotto di te...tra le vigne e col ruscello che ti coccola...passati dei giorni stupendi...peccato per la cucina chiusa che secondo me meritava un bel po'...colazione essenziale con prodotti di qualità e freschi...i gestori persone molto disponibili e alla mano....consigliato alla grandissima
