14/08/2024: Tout était parfait, des antipasti aux plats. Les portions sont tellement copieuses que nous n’avions plus de place pour le dessert. Le service est charmant et très professionnel. Nous avons mangé dehors, sur une très agréable terrasse, pas loin de la route mais on n’entend pas le bruit. La salle intérieure est spacieuse et bien agencée. À recommander!

15/08/2024: On the side of a beautiful road that crosses the countryside in the Crete Senesi we find this tavern which is a real tavern. Special mention for the Tuscan ragù made to perfection and the bread. As usual if you come across places like this: you eat well and you spend the right amount.

20/08/2024: I stayed here for a couple nights and it was such a great stay overall. The building/rooms are nice and clean, the pool and outdoor space is like a resort, they have a free shuttle to San Gimignano, and the included breakfast was delicious with so many great options to choose from. However, given the price of the stay it seems incredibly cheap that they turn off the air conditioning during the day and the only way to turn it back on is to pay €15 per HOUR. At one point our room was at 29°, which is just unbearable. In the evening they turn the AC back on and let it run overnight until the morning, but good luck if you need to work or relax in your room during the day.

16/08/2024: There are places that leave you smiling when you leave, customs is one of them. Not only for its truly scenic position, or for the refined dishes with a Tuscan flavor without being obvious and a hint of Holland, but also for the smile and welcome of those who work in this restaurant.

13/08/2024: Great Pizza! My wife and I ate there in October. It was on a day when we took a much needed break from the tour bus group.

17/08/2024: I can’t think of a time I have written this…..JUST GO! Order the steak, get the house wine, oh and don’t forget the smoked Burrata, and the pecorino with pears or truffle. The puddings are insane. This place is just insanely good, amazing value, and I love the one glass rule!!!!!

16/08/2024: Amazing meal, booking is necessary as the small osteria get booked out very quickly (people get turned away at the door so full it always is) All dishes are very tasty and big portions, the fiorentina though is the best I ever had, very tender, perfectly cooked and salted, really high quality The owner work the floor and cut the meat, he first discuss the size of it, cut it (you can see him and hear the knife as well) and bring it to you to show before cooking it at perfection He heard him speak a very good English to the tables next to us (I am Italian so not necessary with my family)

Ottima la qualità dei taglieri.Ottimo anche il vino della casa .Super accoglienti e gentilissimi qualità ormai rara. Io oltretutto avevo chiamato ben 3 volte spostando l'ora e siamo arrivati con un notevole ritardo ma ci hanno accolto con simpatia e disponibilità .Gradevole location con terrazza all'aperto con vista sulle colline .Prezzo perfetto. Da superconsigliare

10/05/2024: For me it is a place where I leave my heart every time I go, everything is wonderful, the rooms and suites are spacious, comfortable, super technological showers and have a breathtaking view , you absolutely must try the spa and the restaurant under the structure, both run by wonderful and kind-hearted people. High quality typical Umbrian food, excellent grilled meat. Thank you for your professionalism and courtesy.

29/07/2024: A wonderful discovery! Mattia is a fantastic host and the food, if possible, is even more so! Excellent quality dishes cooked to perfection in a family atmosphere! If you are passing through the Amiata, this restaurant is worth a stop! We will definitely be back!

14/07/2024: Ci sono stato ieri sera con mia moglie. Era la prima volta che ci andavamo ma siamo rimasti soddisfatti Proprio all'inizio del paese. Parcheggio comodo a pochi metri dal ristorante. Ci hanno dato il tavolo in terrazza dalla quale si vede tutta la valle. Posto veramente incantevole al tramonto e aria bella fresca (che di sti tempi...). Servizio di camerieri giovani e veramente gentili. Mangiato un antipasto di salumi e formaggi fresco e gustoso. Poi, in due, abbiamo preso una fiorentina di scottona (cottura media) veramente veramente deliziosa. Il tutto accompagnato da un buon Mintalcino DOC (non proprio il top ma.la lista dei vini ha etichette veramente interessanti). Prezzo nella media considerando che la bottiglia ha inciso (in modo positivo...ovviamente) sul conto. Da provare almeno un volta soprattutto per la gentilezza dello staff

20/07/2024: The place is not very large, but equally divided in the most conventional way to suit the customer's needs... the guys are all available and quick, despite the heavy and sultry heat, they work tirelessly without stopping, offering an excellent and fast service... chicken and delicious rotisserie... must try the pizza... I will definitely be back!!! 👏👏👏👏👏
