It's difficult to explain in just a few lines the pleasure of returning to this typical, high-quality Sienese Osteria, located on Via dei Rossi, just 5 minutes from Piazza del Campo. A beautiful atmosphere, traditional Sienese dishes... and more; meticulously sourced ingredients, carefully prepared by Chef Marco. The delightful Caterina and her always friendly and helpful staff will welcome you.

04/08/2025: 🍽️ A tasty break in the heart of San Gimignano. During our tour, we had lunch in a restaurant with a retro charm, a stylish homage to the 1950s and 1960s. The elegant atmosphere, with attention to detail, immediately won us over. The menu offers an interesting variety, and every dish chosen by me and the group proved delicious and refined. ✨ A culinary experience I highly recommend.

10/08/2025: unfortunately I don't have any pictures of the food, we arrived after a day of traveling and ate everything like hungry dogs. but the food was really delicious and the desserts were completely out of this world. the restaurant is expensive, but sometimes you have to pay extra for quality if you get adequate service. I highly recommend visiting for a romantic dinner.

09/08/2025: Our first dinner in San Gimignano was a real hit: the flavors were outstanding, with so much attention to detail. A huge compliment to the chef and the staff, who were very friendly and accommodating. We've already made another reservation.

08/08/2025: Authentic and good prices. Not a tourist trap. You'll actually want to order a first and second plate because it's all delicious and not overpriced with excessive portions. Felt like the most real Italian place we went to so far. The truffle and sausage pasta was great and the mushroom lasagna was the star.

03/08/2025: Booked 2 nights at Relais Le Macine di Stigliano with very short notice. It is only 20 minutes drive away from Siena, in a pretty and quiet location. The rooms are nicely renovated, spacious and quiet. The pool area is beautiful and very clean. Breakfast was surprisingly good and varied (not always the case with Italian places). Staff was great, was super helpful when asking for tips and recommendations about restaurants and what to see. Very recommended!

21/07/2025: A wonderful experience immersed in nature. The staff were kind and welcoming, ready to satisfy every need. Having booked the agriturismo the night before, we were assigned the Papavero room, simpler than the other rooms but well-maintained and furnished in classic Tuscan style. We will definitely be back!

The food was exactly what we were hoping for: local, honest, and absolutely delicious. Every dish felt like it had a story behind it, crafted with intention and pride. There’s no pretension here — just great food, genuine hospitality, and a deep sense of place. It’s the kind of restaurant that makes you slow down, savor, and smile. 02/08/2025: Accueil au top, cuisine traditionnelle à tendance gastronomique avec une carte des vins centrée sur le vignoble de San Gimignano. Les prix pratiqués sont plus que raisonnables au vu de la qualité des plats. Nous y sommes retournés 2 fois lors de notre séjour avec le même ressenti. Particularité : la localisation de restaurant juste à l'extérieur du centre ville historique (150 m.). A recommander vivement.

01/08/2025: Prenez le temps de vous déplacer jusqu’à ce restaurant. L’accueil est exceptionnel, les plats sont aussi agréable à voir qu’à déguster. Nous sommes venus ici pendant la visite de la ville sur une journée. Aucun regret, je vous le conseille vivement.
