29/02/2024: I went for two evenings in a row, a truly small oasis for us celiacs, you can taste from excellent Sienese dishes to classic pizzas, highly recommended.

24/02/2024: We stumbled upon it by chance, we couldn't have found a better place! Very nice Tiziana, we ate like God, wonderful fried artichokes, a delicious platter of cold cuts, special pici with garlic and, ... last but not least ostrich stew with orange, delicious you have to go!!!!!

03/03/2024: For three hungry cyclists, the pizzas hit the spot perfectly. The tiramisu was delicious. No frills, just great home cooking and lovely staff. At €20 per head, it's the best value meal we've had in years.

28/01/2024: We had dinner last night with my partner and it was a very pleasant discovery. We ate ravioli alla casetta and pici all'aglione as a first course, and roast meat and dessert as a main course and we can say that everything was excellent. When you go to these places you take a dive into the past and eat quality food.

01/01/2024: ci hanno sistemato nella Torre. Coccolati assaggiando il loro menù degustazione. Tutto molto buono magari la tagliata era appena appena scarsa. prezzo nella norma. molto gentili i camerieri. Simpatica la scenetta in cui una signora anziana, forse la padrona, è entrata e siccome pensava che ci fosse troppe luci accese le ha spente lasciando un po' al buio la sala.

14/12/2023: Nel fabbricato storico che fa da porta di accesso al complesso monastico è presente questo valido ristorante a gestione familiare. Tre generazioni operano nella sala offrendo simpatica ospitalità e eccellente cucina toscana. Io ho mangiato un menu di degustazione, a prezzo predefinito, ben assortito. Il menu comprendeva un antipasto con formaggi, salumi e crostini, un primo piatto di pici all'aglione (un sugo di pomodoro fresco saporitissimo), un secondo piatto di tagliata all'olio e rosmarino, un'insalata mista e il dolce del giorno (zuppa inglese confezionata in casa la mattina stessa) . Tutto è stato molto gradevole e funzionale!

29/01/2024: Unfortunately, takeaway pizzas cannot be classified as such. It looked like a frozen base and then seasoned. Result too dry, low and with too spicy tomato. The restaurant will certainly be excellent but the pizzas are to be forgotten.

04/04/2024: Didn’t like at all, food was not tasty at all compared to others, there was no people, no bread was given, we do not recommend

04/04/2024: A really cheap restaurant with appropriate food… Coperto you pay 1 euro here. The waiter was super nice and very attentive! At the beginning he brought us a bottle of water and all the antipasti on time. The Arabic style pizza (i.e. with Arabic bread) was delicious! You have to try it (see pictures). The antipasti was also really tasty. The steak (vitello) was mediocre. Medium is brought. So be sure to let us know if you want it medium well. It comes with lots of arugula and cheese but no side dishes. You have to order these separately. We had chips and beans. The fries are homemade and taste good, unfortunately without ketchup or mayo. The toilets are a bit tight… WLAN password is very convenient at the back of the menu card. This is very practical. But if you don't speak Italian, you will also need it, as the menu is only available in Italian. You can only park here downstairs, at the foot of the city (free)
