I think I ate the best pici I've ever had... and I've tried a lot. I told the owner, who let me in (I was standing outside): he showed me the freshly hand-rolled pici and introduced me to the lady who had made them. The main course, the dessert, and even the homemade liqueur were also truly excellent!
In short: excellent food, a splendid location, and top-notch staff.
10/04/2026: We luckily came across this lovely resturant whist on our travels around Tuscany. Brilliant food and service, would definitely recommend!!

08/04/2026: Friendly and hospitable welcome by staff - no frills good food in cafe style atmosphere - the Cacio e Pepe pasta was great and the margarita pizza. The owner was super friendly to our young boys and gave them his pens to draw on the menu.

14/04/2026: A truly charming and welcoming place! The owners are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home; the lady is full of energy and always smiling 😊
The food is excellent, with fresh ingredients and great attention to detail. But the real highlight is the restaurant's complete celiac-friendly facilities: a place where you can eat in complete tranquility.
Homemade bread, homemade pasta, and a wide selection of pizzas for all tastes... it's really hard to choose!
Highly recommended for those looking for quality, safety, and a family atmosphere 💛

05/04/2026: Menchetti's classic pizza, always good, but terrible service. The two girls not only served us in a way that made it clear they didn't want to be there, but they also started arguing in front of everyone until they finally told each other to leave, which one of them was about to do as we left. Happy Easter!

05/04/2026: We asked for a table for 4 at around 15.00 on Sunday before Easter. Restaurant had a lot of people inside, but there were quite a few tables still empty (right around the bar at least 3). We were told the restaurant was full without any further explanation. It clearly wasn't. Don't know what to make of it, but it felt very unpleasant.

17/04/2026: The owner of an affordable Italian restaurant near the hotel was incredibly welcoming. Despite the language barrier, she was very helpful in communicating with us about vegetarian options. We ended up ordering a delicious pizza and pasta! Bravo!
05/02/2026: A stopover place with home-style cuisine. Appetizers include the usual cold cuts (salami, ham, etc.) and crostini. Hearty first courses with slightly heavy but wholesome toppings...for those with a more delicate stomach :-)
€22 with an appetizer, first course, water, 1/2 liter of wine, and coffee. There's not much else to choose from in the area!

04/01/2026: Abandon all hope, all you who enter: broken air conditioning and a freezing cold environment in the dead of winter with temperatures near freezing, a malfunctioning exhaust hood, resulting in cooking fumes filling the dining room with unbreathable air, canned beans cooked directly in preserving starch, frozen spinach, and mediocre pici made with pancetta instead of guanciale. The dining room staff is incapable of handling all these issues. Furthermore, all our clothes need to be taken to the dry cleaners. Other customers near us got up and left. An experience to forget.
31/08/2025: Decent place, no wait for a table, as only four were occupied. Now, let's talk about the menu: the house wine was poor quality, the potatoes could have been fried for a few more minutes, and they were still raw inside; after five minutes, they were already cold. The "pizzas"... I fear they were pre-made, as they have clear industrial marks and no crust, similar to piadinas. The menu specifies "Fior di latte," but in reality, it tasted like melted cheese. The glasses smelled like wet dog, completely dissatisfied.
