Highly recommended, just steps from Piazza del Campo. Michele and Gabriele made us feel at home. Their cocktails (including non-alcoholic ones) are original, with a quality selection, as are their schiacciate. They also have excellent vegetarian options. You won't find anything banal here. Well done!

A small outdoor spot (and the interior is spacious and beautiful) just steps from Piazza del Campo. Amazing cocktails, from classics to more original ones (Fritz and Pinko are tops). And the schiacciata is truly delicious. Special compliments to the owners, who are friendly and kind. We'll definitely be back.

Bread was really dry, had much better sandwiches in tuscany the previous days

We had a great experience here, really enjoying the food and service. We were greeted upon arrival. The staff were ready to add chairs to a table outside rather than split our family between two smaller tables (we opted for the smaller tables anyway). The tables are seated along a quieter side street, just off the main path in the historic citry centre of Siena. It was a lovely place to eat in the shade of their umbrellas. The staff quickly took our orders and brought out the sandwiches. We loved the variety of vegetarian options and enjoyed the unique flavours and fresh ingredients. A favourite was the Finisterrae. We also enjoyed La Zucchini Rosa and Rigatina. We finished with a sampler of desserts. All were delicious, but Ricciarelli stood out.

Slightly out of the way, in the heart of Siena's historic center. Excellent vegan options for schiacciata, but the surprise was the desserts. Kudos to the attention to detail and the friendly service. This isn't a given, especially in a place with a large tourist influx.
