Beautiful day, we had a great time. Good food, excellent service, lovely atmosphere, we had a great time (it was a family birthday). The prices were more than reasonable. Highly recommended, even for locals. PS: The house wine, even the Riserva version, isn't the best, although it's attractively priced.

This ravioli place is amazing ㅠㅠ The wild boar ragu was a bit dry, but I understood and ate it because they said it was an authentic dish ㅎㅎ The staff were all friendly and the atmosphere was great! There are also a lot of locals!!

Dinner with friends. Sergio, the owner, is the perfect host, fast, courteous, and attentive. Delicious appetizers; I highly recommend the slow-cooked egg with truffle, and fresh homemade pasta. All the dishes are very fragrant and flavorful, not to mention the desserts, a real treat! In conclusion, everything was excellent!!! Compliments to the Failli family

Beautiful location, surrounded by greenery with an outdoor veranda and a charming and well-maintained indoor space. Varied menu featuring porcini mushrooms and truffles. The gnocchi with walnuts and truffles were wonderful. I think I had the best warm apple pie with cream I've ever had. Their own Chianti was fragrant and full of character. I highly recommend it and would return. I returned after three years and found the same quality and attention to both the food and the service. The gnocchi with walnuts and truffles were wonderful, and I can confirm the deliciousness of the warm apple pie served with cream. Truly well done, you have maintained your excellent reputation over time.

01/07/2026: My wife and I had dinner here: the restaurant is beautiful, located in a 13th-century building. The pici alla cinta senese and the local tagliata steak were excellent. We drank Vernaccia di San Gimignano.
29/06/2026: The Ristorante Peruca is quite special. We had a wonderful lunch there while visiting San Gimiginano and could not have been happier with our meal. The food is really quite exceptional. Everything we tried was fantastic. Highly recommend.

La Trattoria

09/06/2026: A lunch with friends, enlivened by the presence of our four-legged friends, in a welcoming atmosphere. The quality of the dishes was excellent: the lamb chops, in particular, were sublime and expertly cooked. The appetizers—a rich platter of artichokes and a delicate vegetable flan—reached the heights of absolute delicacy, and the desserts were equally delicious. All this was accompanied by an excellent Montepulciano DOCG, recommended by the owner/waiter.
30/05/2026: I stumbled upon this small but welcoming restaurant in Montepulciano. The staff are friendly and attentive. The traditional dishes are excellent, including the Florentine steak and the pici pasta, both with and without sauce. The portions are generous and the prices are fair for the quality of the ingredients. Our table was outside, and we enjoyed it because it wasn't crowded, but that can be a problem if there are a lot of tourists in high season. I recommend booking inside.
