Alessandro was the perfect host, making us feel completely welcome in his beautiful establishment while warmly teaching us how to cook some of our favourite Tuscan dishes. 04/07/2026: The restaurant is very nice and cozy, the people who work there are very nice and treated us well. The food came quickly, and it was clearly home made, fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is light but happy at the same time. I strongly recomend this restaurant to families, couples and individuals who want to have a memorable dinner.

28/06/2026: Authenticity, passion, Made in Montalcino!!! June 2026 True Italianness and local specialties. Usually, in historic and crowded places you find touristy places, but here you can savor authentic flavors, cooked with care and passion. The place and the flavors took me back in time, to my childhood. It's hard to find places as authentic and cared for as these these days, from the evocative retro location to the fresh flowers on the table. As for the food, what can I say? 10 out of 10. We had two first courses, a pinci with wild boar and tagliolini with nettle and arugula pesto, and for the second course, a guinea fowl with vin santo and a sliced ​​steak. 09/07/2026: An employee from a winery recommended this wine bar to us so we could taste some regional wines from different wineries. The service was very friendly and attentive, and our waiter was very knowledgeable about the wines. We each tasted three wines and were able to specify what kind of wines we were interested in. The wines were very well selected, tasted great, and were accompanied by olives and nachos. It was good value for money. Afterwards, we received recommendations for other wineries and had a very enjoyable time overall. We sat outside, and it's worth noting that there's a moderately busy road right next to it. It didn't bother us, but if you're sensitive to noise, you might want to sit inside.

18/08/2026: A centrally located restaurant in the heart of Montalcino's historic center, offering quality, authentic Tuscan cuisine. We visited on a Sunday for lunch (reservations made by phone) and all the dishes we ordered far exceeded our expectations. The pinci all'aglione and tagliatelle ai funghi were excellent, the guinea fowl was delicious, and the desserts (torta della nonna and biscotti served with Vin Santo) deserve special mention. The dishes were delicious, even shared to sample the various specialties, and the value was excellent. The view from the restaurant's terrace was beautiful. A place we'll definitely return to.

07/08/2026: My wife and I had a wonderful dinner at Enoteca Svanen in Tuscany. The warm, homely atmosphere and beautiful views made it such a memorable evening. The food was amazing, especially the pici dishes with Chianina ragù and Tuscan pork ragù. We finished with a delicious homemade chocolate salami, and were even invited to try their homemade basil liqueur! Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended for a great Tuscan dinner, wine, views, and hospitality!

27/11/2025: We had a wonderful stay. The pool is large and really warm – even in the colder months. The service and friendliness of the hosts are exceptional, so I'm definitely giving it 5 stars. The only thing I didn't like "perfectly" was the dining room; I prefer a bit more privacy with more space between the tables, but that's really a minor point. You can easily reach some great hiking trails directly from the hotel, and the view is beautiful. We'll definitely be back!
