04/05/2026: An absolutely wonderful experience! The location was ideal, the food was incredibly delicious, and the service was impeccable. Everything felt just right. I would definitely recommend visiting!
04/05/2026: We have had a lot of great meals on this trip, but none surpassed our dinner here. The gorgeous patio was a quiet and sophisticated backdrop for exceptional boar ragu, pork ribs that (literally) stunned us, and fabulous dessert. The local vernaccia wine was a great compliment and they gave us an adorable little parting gift for tomorrow.
I wish I could come back again and again. On our next trip to Tuscany it will be the first reservation we make.

27/07/2026: A handmade burger joint that feels authentically local. Since they make the burgers to order, the bread is perfectly toasted and the meat is fresh. It’s not worth coming all the way to Pienza just for this place, but it is a restaurant worth visiting if you are in the city.
Since seating is limited, you might have to get takeout.

04/07/2026: We came one night… and came back for 3 nights in a row. The food is delicious, the hosts are wonderful and welcoming, garden is heaven for a beautiful sunset and has lots of activities for the kids (from swings to ping pong table to basketball hoop to futsal table…). It’s a home like atmosphere in a great setting and very good value for money. I highly recommend this place! ❤️ we had meats, we had pasta, we had appetizers and desserts, it was a great discovery and we’re sad to fly away tomorrow!

15/05/2026: Unique in their friendliness and deliciousness, from soup to desserts made by their mother, to Cinta Senese in all its forms (hand-grilled prosciutto, capocollo, salami...) and livers as they were once eaten. Their wine list is truly worth a try.
08/05/2026: We visited this restaurant on a Monday in April. Four of us ordered different dishes, all delicious. The restaurant's home-made products are also available for purchase on site, and all are excellent, making them perfect gifts. Mirela was very welcoming and friendly, serving us quickly and with great courtesy.

19/07/2026: Such a lovely restaurant ! We really enjoyed the view but also the staff and the food. We spent a good time and were amazed by the association of taste of the various dishes all made with local and fresh food. The bread was so delicious too. We highly recommend it !

20/05/2026: Picci and tagliatelle with ragu! Both were delicious. Excellent service and very friendly staff. We went with our baby and they had no problem giving us a highchair so he could sit with us at the table. I really wanted to try the tortellini!
20/05/2026: After 6 days In Rome and then Montepulchiono this was my favorite dinner. The Pici with ragu and the Romanian stew were incredible! The staff was incredible and made our dinners even better. .

17/05/2026: Rosso Rubino is a must-try if you’re visiting Montepulciano. The garlic pici was so amazing we were eating spoonfuls of the sauce when it was done. Also, the tiramisu was the best we’ve ever had. They only do one seating every night so make sure to reserve in advance. You will need to call or email them to make a reservation.

18/05/2026: The pistachio ice cream (our comparison flavor) definitely deserves 6/5 stars – only the one in Verona had a few more pieces 😜. We also tried mango/passion fruit, strawberry, and biscotti, and all were delicious. Highly recommended, get your world-class ice cream!

We visited the Nenci farm on June 28th and had a wonderful day. The location is stunning, nestled in the beautiful hills of Chiusi. Paolo is a truly wonderful guy: he showed us around the farm and explained his work with great passion. We loved the beer tasting, and we had a truly delicious meal. We'll definitely be back!
06/07/2026: We booked a wine tasting and cooking class at Nenci quite last minute whilst holidaying in Chiusi. It was amazing and really exceeded our expectations!
Ricardo and his father Marco were very welcoming and are clearly very passionate about their home and business, making delicious wines, olive oils and fruit jams.
Riccardo and his father very patiently taught us how to make homemade pici pasta and crostini, which was a great experience, especially as the surroundings are so beautiful! We tasted 5 delicious wines which were accompanied by a beautiful platter of local produce, and our own pasta/crostini!
Riccardo was so kind and knowledgeable, we really appreciated his hospitality and we would recommend this experience to anyone!

23/06/2026: The service by all staff was excellent. The food was even better (highly recommend the house pastas- try a truffle if available or their white ragu). The atmosphere was charming. Currently it’s Michelin recommended but it deserves a star. Cannot recommend this place enough.

20/05/2026: The most fascinating and informative experience - and the pizza was truly excellent. We were enthralled listening to the delightful owner explain that this type of pizza is a specialty of beautiful Siena. Ingredients such as pecorino cheese, leeks and local cured meats/ salami. The owner is honestly the nicest man we’ve met in Siena A and best of all - he has an oven fired up, and bakes the pizza to your order. Most other shops around here sell cold pizza and heat it up, not here- it’s made to order. Delicious and fantastic attention to detail and hygiene. We thank you for this truly magical experience in Siena.
