04/04/2024: I have been frequenting this place for years now and they have never made a mistake, everything is always designed to make the customer find himself in a typically Tuscan environment with good food and great hospitality. I was there on Easter Monday with my family, and once again they confirmed our expectations. The Tuscan crostini and ricciarelli were simply amazing! Well done Paola e&. We will be back soon

06/04/2024: I spent five nights with my wife in Borgo Vescine. We are totally satisfied with the location, the hotel village and the service. We had one dinner here and the food and wine was fabulous. You are in the middle of the bush and you are totally immersed in the nature of Tuscany. Also the location is very convenient, by car you can reach most places in Chianti within 30 min. I also got a souvenir from the owner when we checked out, of course a bottle of Chianti wine :) Because it’s in the country side, be aware of small insects in your too, like ladybugs and beetles.

17/02/2024: Excellent and affordable option to stay during a trip to the Tuscany region. Unfortunately we were only there for a short time and we did not have the full experience, but they offer multiple experiences during the visit. The risotto with truffles that I tried for dinner was the best of the entire trip.

01/04/2024: Very great and friendly service, huge pizzas (one is enough for three people) and at the end we were given a bottle of schnapps to serve ourselves. The specialty Vin Santo as dessert is also recommended!

26/03/2024: After a recent visit to Radda with my vegan husband we were so pleased to find Pizza Pie. The food was great served by a wonderful father and son team. Would highly recommend. There are not many restaurants in Radda and only 2 we found that catered for vegans.

04/04/2024: Place for tourists with discreet pizza. The mis en place is totally worth reviewing, it feels like having lunch with Dracula😱. Slow service, be careful, they don't give liter bottles of water but small ones.

31/03/2024: My father's 80th birthday On March 29th I was at Podere le Vigne with my family. Unfortunately we only spent one night. We had dinner, spent the night and had breakfast. All perfect. Relaxing climate, clean environment and competent and professional staff. Small farmhouse and therefore perfect for enjoying a family celebration. I will never forget your welcome. 29/03/2024: Beautifully located restaurant in the middle of the vineyards. We arrived in the motorhome and had a delicious meal. After asking the hosts, we were even allowed to spend the night in the parking lot with the motorhome. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. We can only recommend it and the food was excellent. The atmosphere is very nice and you immediately feel welcome. Many thanks to the hosts

05/04/2024: The oven has very soft focaccias filled with all the goodness of God, and they make real “old-time” husbands! They recently changed management and I must say that they are very good!

23/02/2024: The place is situated right at the end of the town. It’s definitely a very nice place to look at the grounds and enjoy the views around the house. They have a wine sensory experience where you taste a wine and try to understand the texture around it. We ate food at the restaurant. The pasta was delicious. The ice cream was not that great. In short definitely worth a visit for the wine sensory experience. The food is good - something you would expect in the region

08/10/2023: Good ice cream, but I didn't understand why I can only put 2 flavors in the 3 euro cup even though it is very large. The ice cream is good, creamy and sugary at the right point, abundant quantity.

23/02/2024: We were wanting to try out a place in town and found this as one of the available that was open for dinner. The place was quite empty and the place felt a little cold. We sat down for dinner and order a pasta and a lasagne for ourselves. We had a Chianti Classico wine from colle bereto . It was great wine. The pasta and lasagne was great. It was tasty and I don’t think it was warmed up in a microwave. However it was not out of the world. For the desert we got the vin santé, a sweet wine served with some almond cookies. We loved these dessert. In all the food is good and if you don’t get a chance to go the vineyard try some of their wines which is very good.

03/03/2024: Ci Rechiamo nel Chianti per una visita di paesi in generale.. All ora di pranzo vediamo questo piccolo ristorante collegato con la macelleria di proprietà... TOP!!!!!! Antipasto abbondante con sapori tipici del Chianti.. Carne come burro buonissima e cotta al punto giusto. Proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili. Molta scelta di vino della zona Qualità prezzo ottima. Da provare assolutamente!!!!!

01/03/2024: Il primo biglietto da visita di un locale è l'accoglienza del personale e la signora ci ha accolti col sorriso e tutta la disponibilità che una famiglia con un bambino di 3 anni e mezzo necessita, preparando subito la sua lasagna (ottima) e giocando e intrattenendosi spesso con lui. Il pranzo non è stato da meno. Un'ottima battuta di carne cruda presa come antipasto insieme a delle succulente polpette nel sugo e un'eccellente fiorentina più spinaci saltati di contorno. Un onesto vino della casa, caffè e grappe. Prezzi a mio avviso corretti per la quantità e qualità delle pietanze. Ci tornerei volentieri!!!
