The food is truly excellent in every way; beauty and flavor go hand in hand, all accompanied by a small initial gift: a delicious savory cream puff, and superb focaccia and breadsticks! The dessert samples at the end are also truly excellent! And you won't leave hungry; that's also important. A wonderful experience!

I had the Tagliata al pepe verde, rosmarino e bacche rosse, and it was excellent—perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor without being overcomplicated. Easily one of the better steaks I’ve had on this trip. Tammy had the Tagliolini al Vino Nobile (pasta fatta a mano), and she enjoyed it. Handmade pasta paired with a wine-based sauce making it rich but well balanced.

29/03/2026: Truly exceptional pasta! I don't want to exaggerate, but I swear it was the best pici al ragù I've ever eaten in my life. Trust me: you absolutely have to come and eat here, you won't regret it. The staff was kind and welcoming. I didn't have time to take a photo because I was amazed, bite after bite!

22/01/2026: Excellent lunch. The owner is a wonderful person, very helpful and friendly. You can tell he loves his job, and it always pays off. Excellent dishes with sophisticated pairings and quality ingredients. The purple potato gnocchi with gorgonzola fondue, which wasn't on the menu that day, were spectacular. They offer a small welcome appetizer and homemade cantucci. Highly recommended, and congratulations to the entire staff! If we return to the area, we'll definitely stop by to enjoy the owner's warm welcome, which truly won us over. If there were six stars, I would have given them all!

11/04/2026: While walking through town, we stumbled upon this restaurant. The owner welcomed us and found us a table, which was very kind of him since the restaurant was at full capacity and we didn't have a reservation. He served us wine while we waited for our table. The food was delicious. We ordered the signature dish, and it was truly an amazing experience. 100% recommended. Places like this have made our trip very memorable.

You know, everyone is different — and that’s exactly what makes this world awesome. But when, in a restaurant, a chef comes out to tell you that your tastes, your way of life, and your preferences are weird just because you like potatoes or don’t eat meat or fish, and that you’re somehow not “normal” — it doesn’t just feel uncomfortable. You actually start wondering how you ended up in a place where you can’t simply be who you are. We live in a time when individuality is valued and empathy is supposed to matter, and yet you find yourself in a situation like this and can’t quite believe what you’re hearing. I wish you happiness, dear chef.

01/04/2026: TOURIST TRAP! Please, be aware what you are walking into. This restaurant wants to do everything to get the bill up. Don't get me wrong the food is pretty oke, but.. pasta's for 20 euros, pushing for extra sides, "water menu" and appetizers. And even then, you can say this can all be part of a Nicer restaurant. Getting the bill. Glasses of wine for 18,50(had no idea), side dish(no idea it was a side dish) and then to top it off coperta. Which usually happens for cheaper pleases where people order a water and then enjoy the view.. This place is a fake. Don't go here, don't listen to what chatgpt tells you😂

07/04/2026: We were so lucky to find this nice restaurant. The waiter explained the local specialities and recommended dishes. Great vegetarian options, much more as you would usually find at the local restaurants. We would have come back the next day but unfortunately for us they are closed for a couple of days. But they recommended alternative options for us. We will try them out. Enjoy you days off guys! 😊

06/04/2026: What a lovely dinner, what a wonderful staff. We were a group of seven, and we ordered liver crostoni, various types of pici (the cocciaccio ones were excellent), Florentine steaks (outstanding), tartare (bruschetta), tagliata (sliced ​​steak), and various desserts (I highly recommend the briciolino, it's amazing), and we found everything delicious. Even their cantucci with vin santo are out of this world and soft. I usually never like them and they're as hard as bricks. The staff is friendly, the owner and his son very nice and down-to-earth. They told us tons of stories and anecdotes about Montepulciano, their restaurant, and the Bravìo. A great culinary and convivial experience, I highly recommend it. First course + second course (including two Florentine steaks) + side dish + dessert + two bottles of Montepulciano wine + coffee cost us €60 each.
