07/07/2025: I expected a lot from this pizzeria but it turned out to be disappointing.
The pizza has a good dough but nothing more. The ingredients are not of excellent quality and many are terrible like the pitted black olives and the cured meats.
They made us sit immediately and served quite quickly.
They are very kind, unfortunately almost all of them do not understand Italian well and therefore it is necessary to provide for everything yourself.
The prices are medium to high.
05/07/2025: The service at the table is good. Only two types of beer, and they're available in bottles... in summer. And they're 7 euros each.

31/07/2025: We were recommended this place by our B&B and it did not disappoint. The truffle pasta and pork roulette were the highlights. Fantastic local wine selection and excellent service. Get the tiramisu!
30/07/2025: Very nice and welcoming place. Very kind staff. We had a starter and dessert, which were truly excellent and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

13/07/2025: We had the swordfish cream ravioli for dinner on the waitress's recommendation, and they were incredible. We also ordered the eggplant parmesan, which was a hit. All washed down with an Aperol Spritz. A great atmosphere and great music... So much so that we stayed for a drink afterward. Highly recommended.

13/08/2025: Excellent ice creams and unique flavors that reflect local produce: we tried an excellent hazelnut, sheep's ricotta (which tasted like sheep's milk), blueberry, lemon and basil (very fresh), and plum (the latter unique but tangy on the palate). The Gambero Rosso award was well deserved.

20/07/2025: A romantic, pleasant dinner in a unique setting. In the courtyard garden, a violin quartet entertained the audience below enjoying an aperitif and those in the upper arches dedicated to the restaurant.
The food was good, but we only tried a few dishes despite the selection. The staff was friendly, albeit very busy.
I'll gladly return.

We ate very well, with reasonable wait times.

08/08/2025: It's one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at, and I've been to quite a few. Everything was excellent, especially the ravioli with ragù and the braised beef, but let's not forget the pinci all'aglione and the wild boar, and the refreshing ricotta dessert. Everyone was also very kind and professional, but without any of the formalities that I personally dislike. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area.

18/07/2025: We arranged a meal to be cooked at our rented property just outside San Gimignano. So much food and so much wine! The wine and dishes were explained to us and accompanied with their olive oil too. Do not eat before!!
