31/01/2026: Beautiful place, very welcoming, and with a truly pleasant atmosphere. The staff is friendly, cheerful, and knows how to recommend what to order. The menu features carefully selected dishes and top-quality ingredients, all delicious and beautifully presented. Portions are adequate, and prices are average for the quality. A place where you can eat well and feel equally at home—I'll definitely be back!
05/01/2026: The quality of the food and the wine selection were excellent.
The staff were welcoming and friendly, and thanks especially to Marco, who was so friendly and even offered a glass of Riserva in addition to the one I'd already tried.
And last but not least, the opening hours were excellent, especially at a time when practically all restaurants in Montalcino close at 9:00 PM; the Enoteca stays open late.
Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back.

02/01/2026: A simple, homey trattoria in Siena, with fair prices for the excellent quality. The liver appetizer is delicious, the pici are highly recommended, and the sausage and braised meat are very authentic.

03/08/2025: Booked 2 nights at Relais Le Macine di Stigliano with very short notice. It is only 20 minutes drive away from Siena, in a pretty and quiet location. The rooms are nicely renovated, spacious and quiet. The pool area is beautiful and very clean. Breakfast was surprisingly good and varied (not always the case with Italian places). Staff was great, was super helpful when asking for tips and recommendations about restaurants and what to see. Very recommended!

02/01/2026: Terrible experience on December 26, 2025.... terrible welcome, terrible service (we ordered a cheese board and they put it on the table without even explaining which type of cheese was which, nor the matching jams 🤦🏻♀️). The pici with garlic were terrible, the sauce was pale, and the pasta was almost overcooked. We finished dinner and no one asked us if we wanted dessert (which I wouldn't have ordered anyway, given the service, etc.). When it came time to pay, all the waiters had disappeared to chat among themselves in the kitchen. I had to call them by going in where I shouldn't have been.
Only the location is worth it. Everything else is terrible!

11/12/2025: A pleasant place, the owner is friendly and helpful, the wine is good, and the prices are fair. It has very convenient private parking and is easy to get to. The only flaw: my Chianti stew wasn't good. The cut of meat was probably not exceptional, which is a shame, because the sauce was excellent. The first courses and appetizers are good. The local pecorino croquettes are worth trying. Prices are fair and the portions are generous. The wines are mostly their own, good, and competitively priced. Definitely worth trying again.

01/11/2025: I recommend it! You can eat here very tasty food at a good price! The pasta is prepared in front of you, very tasty, and there are several options to choose from. The place is small, and meals are mainly served for takeout, but there are a few tables for dining in.
01/11/2025: yummy and super affordable pasta. we ordered a very simple butter and cream pasta as we had bought fresh truffle from a shop nearby that we grated onto the pasta, and the flavors worked wonderfully together. pastas here are extremely affordable compared to anywhere else i’ve seen, and the chef is also extremely nice. highly recommend this place if you’re in sienna.

26/10/2025: On our visit to Chiusi, which was our final stop for this visit to Tuscany, including a visit to the museums, which were all very interesting, we ate at this Osteria, which was simply brilliant! The food, the friendly service in a restaurant run by women, was fantastic, so brilliant that we went back today, Sunday, and will return tomorrow, Monday. We're delighted to have discovered this place! Congratulations for being so generous!

17/01/2026: A very welcoming location, truly fast and efficient service.
A very young man served us, truly talented and attentive!
And fortunately, there wasn't much buzz around, allowing us to converse peacefully.
The dishes were carefully prepared and finally the right amount—let's just say they were generous in flavor, quality, and quantity.
Not the usual expensive dishes that are tiny in portions!
So, a fair price-to-value ratio.
I won't attach photos, nor will I reveal what we ordered, because it's better to be curious and try!

15/12/2025: The restaurant is beautiful, but I was struck by the courtesy and helpfulness of the waiters.
I must mention the very good and plentiful dishes. Compliments to the kitchen.

01/01/2026: A small restaurant in a strategic location, just outside the walls of San Gimignano. A small window offers a splendid view of the valley. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is homey. The dishes are traditional, rich in flavor and generous portions. Excellent!

17/12/2025: Small but very cozy restaurant. Traditional Tuscan cuisine. Very very good food and large portions. Good value for money. Very pleasant service. Highly recommended!
14/12/2025: For lunch, three of us tried fried artichokes as an appetizer, followed by a first course and two second courses with side dishes. The pici with capocollo a tagliolini were truly excellent, with a deep, but not overpowering, flavor (I've never had such good pasta as someone who doesn't usually like sauces with overcooked meat). The second courses were also very good!
An excellent experience, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
