19/04/2026: Excellent service and unbeatable food! The wines were very good and the meat was spectacular. I highly recommend the truffle dish and especially the cheese fondue as a starter. A beautiful and peaceful place, surrounded by nature. Special thanks to Tiziana, our waitress and Neapolitan, the best! I'll be back.

01/06/2026: Spurred by the many positive reviews, we decided to dine there. The menu offers several typical dishes, but the dishes weren't as exciting as I expected. The service was rather inattentive and slow; the wine even arrived after the appetizer, so I had to ask for it. Overall, the quality was good, but nothing special. I didn't find the many accolades I received from the experience.

21/05/2026: Wow! Our food was so good. The truffle gnocchi was delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly. Our server was nice and attentive. All around a good experience!
21/05/2026: Went to this busy and Google 4.6 rated restaurant and was disappointed. Had an outside booth which was ok but away from the sight of the waiters. The risotto was very good. The lasagna was ordinary. The osso bucco was ordinary and the beef was a little tough. The olive oil for bread did not come for ages.

16/05/2026: Entering this restaurant, which works exclusively with local products with great care, is a truly tranquil experience. The space invites you to savor excellent dishes such as Pici dell'Osteria or yogurt with fresh fruit coulis, not forgetting a glass of prosecco accompanied by a warm amuse-bouche. The service is highly professional and respectful of the customer. Enjoying such moments among 16 diners, surrounded by local products for sale, under delicately painted vaulted ceilings, is a delight.

01/01/2026: I found this restaurant thanks to the reviews, which confirmed my expectations... it was a holiday for everyone. We arrived without a reservation because we were just passing through, and were greeted kindly and professionally by a young man, ARMAAN, whose knowledge of the meat was astonishing, and of excellent quality. The place is very welcoming. The restaurant offers ample parking. Fair price. Recommended.

We were horrible tourists: arriving 15 min before closing, accidentally ordering red vs white wine and they had to switch the wine for us, we didn’t speak Italian, we were in a rush, saying no to the bread (we’ve had so much we couldn’t take more). And despite all this, they were so kind and the food was so good and there was only one euro per person charged for eating in (normally at least 3 in touristy areas). Wine was a great deal at 6.50 per half litre and was super tasty. The pasta was perfect. We had the cacio e pepe and the wild boar tagliatelle. Divine. I would have stayed to try the desserts but we didn’t have time. Thank you, Osteria Da Gano, for an amazing lunch we won’t forget soon!
12/05/2026: It was a lovely surprise! The atmosphere is beautiful and the food was wonderful! We ordered the pappardelle, the pici, and the house wine. I recommend it!

09/06/2026: A lunch with friends, enlivened by the presence of our four-legged friends, in a welcoming atmosphere.
The quality of the dishes was excellent: the lamb chops, in particular, were sublime and expertly cooked. The appetizers—a rich platter of artichokes and a delicate vegetable flan—reached the heights of absolute delicacy, and the desserts were equally delicious.
All this was accompanied by an excellent Montepulciano DOCG, recommended by the owner/waiter.
01/06/2026: Restaaurant is good but our experience was completely ruined by a very rude waiter serving the tables outside. Some people simply shouldn’t be serving customers. A pitty.

17/05/2026: Views were nice. Service was slow, there were only three other tables there when we arrived, and we waited 30 minutes for a drink and were there almost an hour before our food arrived. We had to remind the waiter for water and asked twice for the bill. We speak Italian, so felt the language barrier shouldn’t have been the issue. Our food wasn’t the best we’ve had in Tuscany and it was definitely not busy enough for some of the hiccups we experienced. Comparatively overpriced for other venues in Siena.

01/06/2026: Fantastic wine tasting with lunch experience.
Vittorio was so welcoming and interesting, clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about wine and wine making.
We tasted several wines, as we made our way through a tasty, traditional lunch and they were, without exception, fantastic. The Chardonnay we took away was enjoyed the very same evening, so delicious. We wish we could have taken several more but were hand luggage only!
We cannot recommend Montemorli enough - the welcome, the food, the WINE and we loved seeing the beautiful old cellar.
28/05/2026: We sincerely thank the Monterolli winery for the wonderful atmosphere. We highly recommend this small, family-run winery. A picnic among the vines overlooking San Gimignano was a wonderful culinary experience. We spent several hours in this shady, charming spot, sipping local rosé and savoring the delicacies of Tuscan cuisine. We would like to emphasize the cordiality and warm welcome of the young owners. The farm is about a 30-minute walk from Poggibonsi. Magda and Stan from Canada. We highly recommend it!
