16/03/2026: Online reservation, a busy Saturday evening but at different times. We ordered a Florentine steak for two, weighing 1,500 kg. They brought a small table next to ours and placed a griddle on which I could cook the meat. Excellent meat, served with delicious baked potatoes and grilled vegetables. A glass of local wine and a good IPA craft beer. A limoncello served warm and a bitter.
By mistake, they charged us for water that we didn't order and drank, as I realized later.
The bill was steep, but when it comes to eating a Florentine steak, the heart is prepared for suffering. The service was excellent,
the staff, all male, were kind and friendly.
Returning after two years, I can confirm everything, very satisfied. Congratulations.

25/11/2025: We highly recommend this restaurant. The ingredients are top-quality, Marco is incredibly kind, and the chef is amazing, reinterpreting and innovating the best traditional Tuscan and Umbrian dishes. We had the garlic pastrignocchi, the calamari, and the amberjack. Everything was delicious. For dessert, we had the banana shortcrust pastry and the sage-scented stuffed apple. Delicious and a little surprising.

13/03/2026: The owners are very nice and friendly, the space isn't very big but it's very welcoming, and the food is excellent. The tiramisu is highly recommended!! When we return to San Gimignano, we'll definitely visit them again!

The courtesy and kindness, the love for their place and their work, can be felt from the moment you say good morning.

The Le Margherite room was beautiful and clean. Abundant breakfast with exceptional homemade desserts.
The Porcellum restaurant is one of the most delicious and characteristic restaurants I've ever tried. The food is top-quality, expertly cooked and presented. The wine is delicious. The staff is extremely kind and always available. A truly magical place that has become a favorite of mine.

16/03/2026: We were here as a family with a small child and immediately felt welcomed, in a truly family-like atmosphere. The friendliness and smiles of the staff make the difference. Everything is managed with great care and attention to detail, even the splendid outdoor green area is immaculately kept and makes the experience even more enjoyable. The food is excellent quality and you can taste the passion in every dish. Congratulations indeed! 🌿✨
04/01/2026: We booked for Christmas Eve dinner weeks in advance. We were seated outside on the patio, and despite the heaters, we ate in the cold, wearing jackets and scarves. The cold made it hard for me to digest, and I had a sleepless night. Never again.

08/11/2025: Having lived in Europe for many years, I have no rivals when it comes to meals under 50 pounds per person! Four dishes for three people, delicious and satisfying, the plates and bowls were completely clean, and we went there two days in a row.
06/11/2025: The rice with vegetables and shrimp was excellent.
The ravioli were top-notch, as was the smile of Sofia and the other dining room/cash desk staff. I highly recommend it for a wonderful Chinese dining experience in the center of Siena.

Super-light dough and top-quality ingredients with combinations that blend tradition with innovation. Very welcoming staff, well-kept atmosphere (personally, I would have liked a few more degrees). 10/03/2026: Il Barone is truly a wonderful discovery! The pastry shop offers a wide selection of desserts, all fresh and of excellent quality. The staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, it's close to the road and parking is a bit limited, but the desserts are definitely worth it. Perfect for breakfast, a quick snack, or a break during the day!

16/03/2026: We went with a Smartbox, and they were very flexible with our choice of dishes. We ate truly deliciously. We had a tasting of three wines, which they left for us directly, and a generous aperitif with bubbles. The house gift was also greatly appreciated: wine to accompany dessert and, after dessert, some delicious pastries. Friendly and helpful service. Highly recommended!

Good food, excellent service, lovely atmosphere, we had a great time (it was a family birthday). The prices were more than reasonable.
Highly recommended, even for locals.
PS: The house wine, even the Riserva version, isn't the best, although it's attractively priced.
24/01/2026: This ravioli place is amazing ㅠㅠ The wild boar ragu was a bit dry, but I understood and ate it because they said it was an authentic dish ㅎㅎ The staff were all friendly and the atmosphere was great! There are also a lot of locals!!
