Everyone is polite (owners and staff), decent menu, simple and tasty dishes, decent wine by the glass, the icing on the cake is its amazing desserts. I highly recommend the dolce della casa (the house dessert) with Mandola... It remains one of the best desserts I've ever eaten...!

Went here as a recommendation from our hotel. Food and drinks were flavourful and fresh, service was lovely however a bit slow considering it wasn't busy. Atmosphere was average - no music or fans for a hot night out. Got back to our hotel to discover the bill did not add up and we were over charged exclusive of a service/table fee. Check your bill properly before you pay!

The food was delicious, but be aware that they charge €2 for cutlery without asking; most restaurants in Italy do this or charge a table service fee. I recommend asking before they bring you cutlery if you're ordering pizza because we didn't actually use it and they charged us anyway. Both waiters were quite rude, especially the male one.

It was almost empty when we arrived; there were five of us, and I was really the only one who enjoyed it because the pizzas aren't thin-crust, they're a bit thicker, and the others didn't like them that way. But since I did, I thought it was great. We also ordered chickpea soup, which was very good, and some grilled zucchini, which is really cheap, but there were only six slices, so in the end it was expensive.

We stumbled upon this restaurant on Monday evening after guiding two of our relatives from the US through Siena for a day, and we came home thrilled to have discovered a new place to eat in the city! The place isn't pretentious but still elegant, and the service is excellent and attentive. The regular menu isn't very extensive, and perhaps that's a good thing, because it allows them to dedicate all their passion to the dishes they serve, which are excellent and plentiful. The pizza menu is extensive and offers every option you could want! Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!
