04/06/2025: We only came here for the restaurant part and it was amazing. We tasted 3 of their wines paired with 3 croutons. The owner was super nice and informative and the wines were amazing. Definitely give it a try!

22/04/2025: I went one day and the normal cappuccino cost €1.70. The other one cost me €2.50. I mentioned it to the girl and she told me that "maybe" it was because I had sat down the second time. Not even she knew it, but she wasn't going to scream for 70 cents either, although a little coherence would be nice. I want to think it wasn't because I'm not Italian. The orange juice is delicious, but €4.50... 😵‍💫

29/06/2025: ...For an unplanned outing we found ourselves passing through the town of Cancelli, Reggello Vallombrosa area, a convenient parking lot on the right made us stop and the "hidden" view of the place made us choose this restaurant pizzeria for a quick lunch. We entered and the environment is very welcoming and nice, comfortable and very typical. The menu is very limited and with an evident choice of seafood and land. We preferred the "land" variant. The prices are a bit high, but the quality offered is very high. Our lunch?... Two tortelli with potatoes, cheese and flaked truffle, two fried porcini mushrooms, tagliatelle with mushrooms, coccoli ham (on the menu mortadella pistachio and truffle, change requested) stracchino. Lemon semifreddo, a coffee, water and red wine. The first courses are very beautiful to look at, excellent quality, the cooking needs a bit of improvement, I'm talking about the tortelli, while the tagliatelle are excellent and well seasoned. The fried porcini mushrooms are a true masterpiece, a true sensory experience, crispy batter, well salted, neutral sweet taste of the mushroom that shows all its qualities. The good coccoli., very good quality ham. The lemon semifreddi are just lemon not very sweet and blatantly homemade well presented very good. Finally the coffee definitely needs to be improved. Very well kept and welcoming toilets. Convenient and comfortable. Air conditioning present, perfect for the summer degrees present. The service staff very efficient, even there were not many people we were about ten, we had a great time. Good waiting times. It would be the best if the service was more attentive in listening to the needs of the customer. But in the end .. we can not say anything .. on the quality and the experience. Prices a little high to review, POS ATM out of order, a little inconvenient. To improve
03/06/2025: I wouldn't go back. We had 5 first courses and a second course and spent €135. Too much considering the average prices in the area. We also paid €2.30 for the service charge per person, including a baby, for just bread. There wasn't even oil, salt or pepper on the table and the placemats were made of paper. As for the dishes: In the Pici cacio e pepe the cream was completely torn The pumpkin gnocchi were too sweet The only thing that is worth saving is the tagliata.

03/07/2025: I don't usually give five stars, but it definitely deserves it. We needed something to eat on the train and bought a couple of sandwiches here, "Una Golosa" and "Freschissima." The staff was fast and friendly. The food was a feast of flavor in your mouth without being heavy, a gastronomic experience in sandwich form. 100% recommended. If I go back, I'll come back even if it's not on my way.
19/06/2025: We took 2 sandwiches, a complete lampredotto and one with sausage. The first one was not very tasty, insipid, the second one had different ingredients than those described because they were missing, but without saying anything we found them in the sandwich, crazy thing. I don't even comment on the service that is better. I absolutely do not recommend

10/05/2025: A fantastic experience in this 2 Michelin star restaurant, being pampered in this location is priceless, it is located in an ancient Byzantine tower. The dishes have refined flavors that cannot be tried elsewhere. Alex was able to illustrate our tasting journey to us, step by step at each course with passion and extreme preparation in his work. Wonderful environment Advised!
05/05/2025: With two Michelin stars, the restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of the hotel. You have to sit in the sofa area on the first floor of the hotel and wait until you arrive outside to take a table. The dining space is located in an ancient tower built in the 6th century AD and can only accommodate 7 tables. The decoration is simple and the lighting is almost only based on a table lamp. Although it is enough for eating, there is definitely no lighting design for you to take pictures 😂 The guests are entertained with a highly controlled politeness and restraint. They always serve the dishes at the same time, confirm each guest's choice, and ask the guests what they think of each dish. It seems that I have never experienced this kind of outhouse service in Taiwan (maybe the Paris restaurant is closer) The quality of the food is commensurate with the two stars, the techniques are delicate but not difficult to understand, the flavors are layered but not complicated, some echo the tradition, and some are novel in orientation, but in the end they do not break away from the essence of Italian cuisine. Chocolate soufflé Let's go straight to the main dessert. It's a very big one and it's hot when served. The aroma of chocolate is full and rich. It's a straight-up dessert. But after the whole menu, such a portion is too much to bear 😂 Originally, the pre-dessert was moved to the end to clear the mouth, but I personally feel that it would be better to have it before the soufflé. I missed the note here, but my impression is that it is refreshing and delicious. There was tea at the end, but I couldn’t eat any more, so I packed it away. I gave five of them, including French fudge, chocolate, madeleines, etc. It was still delicious to eat the next morning.

We found everything very good, but in particular the pizza is really excellent: thin but crunchy and with quality toppings. The staff is very kind and professional. In the summer there is more space in the garden. We will definitely be back!

12/06/2025: We had a lovely time at this pizzeria! This was some of the best affordable pizza we have had in Italy so far. Great prices, fresh, crispy and delicious pizzas. We had the prosciutto fungi and some kind of tomato and arugula and it was wonderful. This was a great place to go to after main attractions. We waited a very short time for them to cook us a fresh pizza fast and the owners were so lovely. Also the sign just says “ pizzeria “ so watch out for that! This is the place to go!!!

25/06/2025: A great place to have a bite to eat. We didn't have a reservation, but we were still able to get a seat. Unfortunately, there were quite a few mosquitoes where we were sitting. The head waiter/owner was very rushed and stressed. The woman who worked there was very friendly. The pizzas were excellent. Delicious from the wood oven and full of flavor.
