Great margarita pizza. Very nice service.

EXCELLENT. Full stop. You haven’t had pizza this good. The ingredients are insanely high quality. They take true pride in their craft. And everyone who works here is sweet and nice!

Excellent dough, wide selection from round to pinsa shapes... I chose a white pinsa version that I thought would be heavy from the ingredients... sausage, caramelized Tropea onion, and lard... but instead it was so good I finished it. Even the one with Cantabrian anchovies was exceptional. Friendly and courteous service. The bill was also fair. Well done.

We were truly impressed by Fermento 1889. Here, you immediately understand that the pizza isn't the result of chance, but rather of a careful study of dough, ingredients, and combinations. We tried the Carbonara, with perfectly cooked bacon and egg yolk sauce added at the end: a truly exceptional balance of flavors. The Cacio e Pepe was a pleasant surprise, simple yet flavorful, with a dough that perfectly showcases the pecorino romano and pepper. The Calzone Classico was also excellent, filled with quality ingredients and perfectly balanced. The real star, however, is the dough: it literally melts on the tongue, is incredibly light and incredibly digestible, one of the best consistencies we've ever tasted. The service is impeccable, attentive, and friendly, and the location is pleasant and well-kept. At Fermento 1889, you can sense the passion and research behind every pizza: nothing is banal, every detail is designed to offer a unique experience. A pizzeria that absolutely deserves to be tried and to which we will return with great pleasure.

I'm not a pizza fan, but this is the only place I eat it, and I'd love to. The dough, the ingredients, the cooking... As well as the kind and friendly service. Highly recommended!

The food was good and homemade, but we had high expectations due to the great recommendations we'd received, and it didn't live up to them. We ordered two pizzas, and the carbonara (served as a flat, round pizza) had too much dough and, in the end, too few toppings, and it was slightly burnt. It might have been an off day. The value for money could be better; we ordered two pizzas and a glass of wine each, and the bill came to 44 euros.

It was the best pizza I've ever eaten. Especially the pizzas with buffo and four cheeses are incredible. The dough was soft and very nice. If you are nearby, I say definitely stop by.
