Very nice restaurant. The food is delicious, the place very cosy and the service is very good too. We had a delicious dinner there. The shashlik was especially delicious!

A truly wonderful experience! We ate wonderfully, with delicious dishes and unique flavors, unlike anything else. Armenian cuisine is evident throughout: lots of carefully prepared and spiced meat, often marinated and then grilled or slow-cooked, making it incredibly tender and full of flavor. You can truly sense a tradition of rich and carefully prepared dishes, where the meat takes center stage and is enhanced by simple yet intense aromas. The place is welcoming and truly comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Special mention for the wines: truly excellent and unique. Some even contain a pomegranate component, which gives them a slightly acidic and fruity nuance, making them different from more classic wines. An original experience and highly recommended; we'll definitely be back!

Fantastic restaurant! The atmosphere is stunning, the service is efficient and friendly. I celebrated my son's birthday here with his friends. The food was delicious, but what really amazed us were the kids, who were so happy. Despite the fact that it's Armenian cuisine, there's something for everyone! My favorite is the Agiaruli, but you could tell the meat was top-notch, and the vegetarian dishes were fantastic! A wonderful experience!

It's definitely a bold move to bring Armenian cuisine to the center of Florence. I found everything delicious, although obviously the flavors aren't part of our tradition, I thoroughly enjoyed them. The cuisine isn't overly spicy; I found everything to be well-balanced and of good quality. The location is truly beautiful, as are the people who work there.

Hello everyone. When we go to Florence from Livorno for classical concerts at the Teatro della Pergola, we always go exclusively to the Ararat restaurant afterwards. The food is very good, prepared with care and dedication. We went back for the fifth time last night. The owner was there, a young man who worked tirelessly in the kitchen to get the dishes out. He's a jack of all trades. He's in the dining room, he's in the kitchen when needed. He's very capable. He was very upset that we ordered dessert, which he couldn't bring out because there were so many people, and he apologized. We reassured him that it wasn't a problem for us, given his total commitment and the impossibility of keeping up with everything. He truly puts his heart and soul into his work! I had a really great experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the food truly reflects authentic Armenian cuisine — rich flavors and traditional dishes that feel genuine and homemade. The service was also excellent.
