Buffet gustoso, abbondante, vario accompagnato da un buon calice di vino, acqua e caffè il tutto ad un prezzo abbordabile per quanto riceviamo... Tornerò senz'altro prima del prossimo spettacolo

05/09/2025: Trattoria Sabatino is family. You can feel it everywhere. It's a classic family trattoria, serving authentic, simple dishes from grandmother's kitchen. The portions are just right and the prices are truly reasonable. Add to that the fact that you're sharing a table with complete strangers who become acquaintances. I shared my table with a family from France. Eternally grateful for the blessings I've received.

04/09/2025: The trattoria offers traditional dishes at reasonable prices. You often find yourself sitting at a table with other strangers. Reservations are not accepted, and it's often crowded. We ate well, trying various dishes. I recommend it as an experience in Florence.

22/08/2025: Dinner for two, excellent house appetizer, pappardelle with wild boar and tagliatelle with garden flavors, very good millefeuille with peach cream, excellent, everyone good and very kind, honest bill, we will be back to try other dishes

03/08/2025: This small restaurant offered excellent service and had a delicious (excellent) meal. The T-bone steak was truly fantastic, unparalleled. In our opinion, authentic Italian food and very affordable. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a bit tricky to find because the street is currently being dug up. We ate here again the next day. Highly recommended!

28/04/2025: Perfection. Bravissimo! Ricardo and Dino were amazing staff and incredibly attentive, and the Grouper is the best dish I had during our entire time in Italy. We’ve eaten at Michelin star restaurants, and this was, unexpectedly, one of the finest dining experiences we’ve had. I highly highly recommend.

21/07/2025: Cibo e bevande squisiti, servizio e attenzione al cliente ottimi. Un’esperienza deliziosa, dal piatto alle bevute e al caffè. Ottimi i prodotti naturali. Il locale è molto accogliente e ben curato.

18/07/2025: Spent a week in Florence and this is still our favorite restaurant ! The quality of the food is excellent and it’s very authentic. If you like chicken liver I really recommend the Polentine fritte con fegatini (fried polenta with chicken liver plate). It’s nothing like I’ve tasted before :)

17/07/2025: Location: It was almost an alcove away from the main flow of traffic but still near everything. Could be very romantic. Historic buildings all around. Food: Everything was ok. My husband's steak was slightly overcooked but still tasty. Service: It was hard to get anyone to make eye contact to get seated...to order...to get the check. Servers typically give you a lot of time and space but we felt ignored and, when we did finally get someone to attend to us, we were made to feel like it was a bother. Maybe they didn't like our attempt at ordering in Italian! In a city with so many great restaurants, there's no reason to go to this one specifically.

24/08/2025: A Wonderful Dining Experience The atmosphere at this restaurant is absolutely lovely — warm, inviting, and perfect for a relaxed evening. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent, making it great value for money. If you're looking for something a bit more special or off-menu, I highly recommend speaking to the manager — a truly kind-hearted person who goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The service is outstanding: attentive, professional, and never intrusive. Prices are very reasonable, with most dishes ranging from around €10 to €30. The most expensive pizza was only about €14, which is impressive given the quality. The fish dishes, in particular, are exceptionally well prepared — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Highly recommended!
